    It’s crazy that I came across this video. I just broke out in hives from ingesting whey protein powder, and I’m looking for an alternative. I will give this a try for sure. Thanks Benji

    This was awesome. Can you do an emerald city smoothie recipe? (I can’t do milk though). Their banana blast is so good! What makes it taste so good!! 🤤

    Totally reminded me of a chocomil it’s like a version of chocolate milk/milkshake in Mexico. Every time I went into labor or sick my mom would try and trick me into drinking a raw egg in oats or a chocomil. I’ll have to try it out!

    TBH it actually tastes good with raw egg
    I thought I would remove raw egg part B'coz I thought i would taste raw eggs but it was amazing really I didn't taste any raw eggy.
    Give it a try it really awesome.

    Finally thank you so much!! I have a hard time gaining weight and I have tried a lot of protein poweders and wasted $1000 dollars. However, I can't drink it because of the smell and the taste. I always throw up. Let's see if this work. However, I am taking out the egg LOL

      Don't take out the egg, that's prob. the best part. In the past I used two of them. Or maybe try powdered eggs. I've seen it done with instant milk too. Dates were a new one for me.

      @@outlandishhh1778 That's always a possibility, but I've consumed hundreds of them over decades with no illness. There are liquid and powdered eggs available too that you can add. It's just that eggs provide the most protein of any of those ingredients, makes a shake creamier too.

      @@outlandishhh1778 theoretically, you could get salmonella consuming raw eggs, it’s just very uncommon; unless the quality of the eggs you buy are very bad. Obviously, don’t use expired eggs either and you’ll be fine. I used to drink raw eggs awhile back after my workouts and had no problems except maybe once..

    raw egg in a shake 😱 i duno sounds yucky...do you taste it? Where did you get the coffee packets? Id like to try it since you said its like a pre wrk out. I could use that in the morning before gym

    Maybe a good video for people who can't digest whey.
    But sites like Labdoor inform you about the safety of the products you consume. Safety aside, you're spending at least £14 on 40 servings (which is about the same price as 40 servings of whey) not even including the powders you added. It's also way less convenient.
