    Vani! I love your mission. Keep up the good work. Your story about your own health is inspiring. I've had this smoothie two days in a row. I love it and it's filling. I'm currently looking for REAL beer for my husband to drink in my town. If they don't have it in stock my grocery store will get something in for me. Vote with your dollars!

    Vani, What do you think about food combining of fruits and veggies,.. I've heard that since the fruit will digest faster, it could set up a issue with gas and bloating...

      Those seeds are super nutritious. And when you blend them, they are pulverized...so they disappear. You will be drinking it.

    There are a few ideas for solving excess fat naturally
    with smoothie detox.
    Here is what you will need for the Kale-It-Up Smoothie
    1 handful Kale
    1/2 apple
    1 cup Coconut Water
    3. Here is what you will need for the Ginger Spice Smoothie
    1 nub Ginger Root
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 handful Spinach
    1 cup Purified Water
    For the Cocoa Bliss Smoothie, you will need
    1 tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
    1/2 cup Coconut Milk
    1/2 cup Strawberries
    1 cup Ice (if during warmer months)

    I would take out the papaya (just the seeds will be okay), too much sugar (18 grams in one cup) plus the sugar from the pineapple...If people want to drop weight, smoothies and green juices need to stay fruit free or very little fruit. Otherwise, all the other ingredients are great. Thanks for sharing !!

      +Daisy Peralta Are you crazy? sugar is your body primary fuel source.. it dosent make you fat, yes drinking green smoothies will make you loose weight cause they are so low in calories you end up under eating, anyone who dosent eat enough will loose weight duh.. you should watch freelee, food babe is a puppet

      There's a HUUUGE difference between refined/processed sugars and sugar naturally found in fruit. Fruit has fiber to keep it from going directly into the blood stream and your body recognizes the natural sugar.

    People actually should eat a low protein diet. 5% of calories is all one needs and more is not better. Plant proteins may not raise IGF-1 as much as animal proteins but they still raise it plus raise TOR. This causes accelerated aging so keep your protein low.
