Thanks Josh for the info and the patience you put into it to enlighten us for better understanding. I must admit that, since I have been watching your workout videos and the intake of protein, pre workout and post workout. these have impacted me a lot. I look good in my t shirt and lots of compliments from friends, girls and family. All this happens because of you. Thanks you and lots of blessings🙏
Hi Josh, thanks for your vid. I have one more small addition for your protein shake. Instead of sunflowerseeds (or papitas), use hemp seed and/or ciaseed. Why? These two types of seeds contain the most protein, especially hemp seeds and a high dose of omega 3. Sunflower seeds mainly contain omega 6. The difference is that omega 3 inhibits inflammation in your body and helps build your body. Omega 6 causes inflammation, especially given the large amounts we consume (vegetable oils).
Love from the Netherlands! ❤
💚💚💚6:09 pepitas= pumpkin seeds, raw organic
7:04 PB Fit-I have to avoid erythritol so, I’ll add soaked walnuts.
9:32 rolled oats, I’m replacing w/oat groats.
THANNK YOUU for your amazing & mouth-watering post!🏋🏾♀️🌱
What a great channel! You lay these videos out so simple and easy that I wonder why I ever bothered to buy protein shakes in the first place! Going to try this today!
I Gotta try this, looks delicious 😋. FYI Pepitas are pumpkin seeds without the shell. ❤. LOVE THIS
The Marcos on those drinks is A +.
You the man Josh.
Thank you again josh. ON POINT AGAIN. I will be making the blueberry today. Thank you
One more thing! Love the skits you do to illustrate the point😊
I love your content. You are talented and you are motivating everyone. I was going to buy a keto protein powder but l saw it had caseinate. Thank you for making everyone aware of these unhealthy ingredients in these protein powders.
Really good advice!!!I'm all about this!!!!
Thank you for sharing your healthy versions of food recipes 👨🏽🍳🥦🥑🍌🍓🥤🥣🥥
Excellent, will try these recipes, I'm going to use muselli for the oats and add pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts. Thanks again.
Outstanding Coach. ! I must try 💪🔥. Need that PB powder. Seems like a great alternative 😊 Great informative video
Hey Josh great video looking forward to trying these. I use the PB fit in the past. Love the chia seeds Costco has them by a big bag
Thanks for sharing this recipe with us! ❤
Good stuff, something I find useful is to use the frozen fruit alone, add no ice to get a richer flavor and it will be just as frothy and cold.
Thanks. I’m going to start this for my protein shakes
Damn good! Love it❤😊 Thank you.
Pure honest content!! 😊😊
Best video Josh , we need more NO Protein powder shakes , the natural way
Super forma i sylwetka, podziwiam 👍

Thank you i was looking for a more natural way to add protein to my diet because I'm not too fond of the taste of protein powder and it makes my stomach hurt. Great Video I will definitely try this!
Bro I follow almost all your videos....just knw that u my hero in this fitness journey...keep up the good work..
love your authenticity
Lol
THIS. VIDEO. RIGHT. HERE! I am very overweight and hubby & I are both having some major health issues. We want to eat healthier. I plan on getting a ninja creami when we get a house. I have been looking at all of the protein powders out there and let me tell you...some of them dont sound much better for you than the processed foods we eat! I want to make shakes but im highly allergic to sugar alcohols-anything that ends in tol. Im also allergic to hemp so thats out. And i dont do sucralose etc so THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!
Thanks Josh, definitely will be trying this out.
@jameshenderson5385 Who's Josh? He's Jude Bellingham. Just look it up.
Thnx bro… I’ll give it a try
Great job chef muscle ! I will finish my fancy schmancy sweetner based protein isolate powder in the meanwhile order pb fit etc.. to switch. I just love the useful content you provide on this channel. Thanks
Me too. First time here. Thumbs up.
YES SIR! GREAT VIDEO BROTHER!
Thank you for the alternative to powder proteins. A tip for the pepitas (aka pumpkin seeds) is to soak them. They are easier to blend that way. Also, if you can get them, raw nuts are always best.
Thank you Josh!! 🫡💪🏽
First one look fye🔥🔥
Looks amazing! Thanks for sharing...
He definitely could have kept the yogurt in its own container. Good info, Stay elevating.
Thanks for posting the link about the ingredients. I was wondering why my protein shake had me feeling a certain way after drinking it.
Less ingredients listed , might be safer. Always read the ingredients and the nutrition label. It’s really helpful.
Walmart Unsweetened Almond Milk your using is excellent 👌 great Almond nutty flavor makes almost all protein Vanilla powders taste better😊
Great info! 👍
Great video👏🏾
Of course, the protein drinks would taste great to you, Josh Lol.
Great job brother you have changed my life in what's possible
Thank you!!
AWESOME video, grazie
Good recipe, I would recommend the sugar free PB Fit.
@joshbailey I love how you kept real with us about the different protein giving us digestive issues and headaches I have been experiencing this for almost a year now thank you 🙏 making the switch tomorrow
Me motivan mucho tus vídeos saludos desde el país vecino México
I’m so glad someone is talking about this. Starting my health journey (physically, mentally and emotionally), one thing I really started to pay attention to is the ingredients in all of the foods that are in the grocery stores… and I wanted to bring in a higher protein intake in my daily life. Protein powders have so much in them that people aren’t aware of and I’ve sorted through what I could possibly try. I’ve only found 1 brand, a Canadian brand that don’t have all the bad ingredients in them. However, these shakes you’ve made look great to try out!
What’s the Canadian brand?
It’s named Schinoussa, a New Zealand Grass Fed Whey protein powder.
What about a whey protein from optimum nutrition? ON
@@samatayosfitness6082 I usually look at the ingredient list on any protein powders and any food in general in the grocery stores. There are quite a bit of processed sweeteners and such.
Thank you bro!!
I need to make this!
Josh - U R a real 🦸♂️ and I think U everyday...please stay well / strong...meals are as beautiful as U ...keep it up ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good content, bruh... what are your thoughts on pasteurized egg white smoothies?
You're so right brother we just do not know what the after effects will be long-term. 🌄🦍☮️
ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS
Keep doing your thing Bro
Save doe, and preserve life @ the same me time….win, win done. Thanks bro
Well done some great ideas for protein shake
But never add ice to make it cold should be at room temperature for enzymes to more effectively activate
At a metabolic and nutrient absorption fact!
You are sooo handsome! 😍🔥 Thanks for the great nutritional advice!
Hi you are absolutely amazing we appreciate you so much I am learning so much from you Have you ever thought of becoming Alkaline ❤❤❤❤
These are great, thank you for sharing! My only suggestion is to read the ingredients in the yogurts and almond milk. I see you're using the silk non dairy and great value almond milk. Neither of those are clean, meaning they have gums and oils in them. I only know because I'm a diabetic and have to read everything. Almond milk should just have almond and water, and there is a better (yet a bit more expensive) non dairy yogurt choice. I'm going to make the blueberry one this morning. ❤
I use unflavored protein because I noticed these “ingredients” as well. Now the only ingredient in my protein is 100% whey isolate. I only use protein powder in my smoothies anyways, so the lack of flavor is no problem.
Very true this.❤
Just stick to your eggs, yoghurt, fish and chicken.
That's all.
I don’t remember where I read it (or if some nutritionist said it), but that you shouldn’t use almond, oat, etc milk in your smoothie cause it slows down the absorption of the protein, etc… also, you shouldn’t add any blueberry’s (or anything ending in “berry”) with a banana… the nutrients in the banana neutralize the antioxidant properties of the blueberries… that was from two nutritionists on AthlenX’s channel… thoughts?
The berries and banana parts are correct from the research I've found. I'll eat a banana at least 4 hours after I have some berries in my shake
@@AntwanE-Fit I thought I responded when I first saw this… likewise!
Good video… thanks for
Eggs, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and Coco, and home made peanut butter is how I make mine very tasty and high in protein
Hey Josh can get a video on meal prepping liquids? Like id like to meal prep these smoothies since i struggle to wake up to make food
How to avoid constipation during creatine intake...Your response will help a lot brooo...
They look great. Think I will combine both into one shake. I will leave out the seeds. Maybe a spoon of honey if it needs it. Probably wont need it with all the fruit in there. Thanks for sharing. Have never found a protein shake in a jug that didn’t make me feel bad after.
Hello keep in mind that the almond milk you’re using has a lot of gunk in there as well. I use the California brand.
Elmhurst is the best nut milks just two ingredients. The nut used whether walnut cashew or almond and water
New subscriber now too btw!
Need to make sure the almond milk is good as many have seed oil to make it taste better and last longer….
Thoughts on fats with my protein post workout meal? I do a lower carb diet. High protein moderate fats. I know carbs are good to replenish glycogen postwork. Just wondering how fats would do instead
i just bought me a whey protien shake today thanks i dont have time to blend everyday
If you like, you can mix all the dry ingredients together and store it in a container. When you want a smoothie, add yogurt, ice and fruit and you're ready to blend. Hope it works out if you decide to try it.
Bro can u do some healthy recipes with the ninja creami. ✌🏿
My favourite natural bodybuilder
Natural bodybuilder? You are delusional
UNFLAVOURED = Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (100%) (contains Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)
I never opt for the flavoured versions.
Pepitas - can not see that in the ingredient list.
06:20 try using a coffee grinder.
Consider - Hemp seeds ( buy with the husk and then use coffee grinder to keep the fibre higher )
Excellent source of essential fatty acids
Contains all 20 amino acids that the body needs to create a complete protein source
High in fibre
Great source of vegan protein
Cheers for uploading and sharing.
YAAYYY for your Hemp Seeds!!!
Appreciate you thnxs
What are your thoughts about adding powdered/freeze-dried eggs to either one of those mixes? I'll opt for plain water over almond milk. Almond milk isn't exactly "almond" all the time. A lot of those plant-based "milks" have a lot of junk/chemicals in them as well.
thanks bro
Gorgeous muscle man.
💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥❤🤩😘
Thanks😊
I’m definitely going to switch from store bought protein powder. It messes up your kidneys and is so sweet I wonder about diabetes as well.
💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Is there clean ingredients in the Peanut butter power? I don't consume cows milk and I don't eat bread either. Thanks for sharing these recipes.
Looks good now the salt 🧂 is a NO especially if you have HBP.
Hey love your content keep up the good work. Question I’ve tried making the spinach taco shell with eggs but it’s not coming out right what am I doing wrong
How is it coming out when you make it?
@@JoshBailey4 a little runny they don’t have the thick consistency
looking good
Have you Almondmilk with or without Sugar used?
What do you think isopure protein? I hear this one is the best.
Corect Olympea Video
❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you 💛💛💛💛
I am an Indian very knowledgeable video brother
Congrats on being Indian bro ❤
what does that matter
They tend to be narcissist my pm in canada let in a couple million of them they act like its their country & not mine when I was born in canada nobody cares about you being indian 🤡
Bob or vegana
Thank you! 😊 Do you have a 3000 cal per day meal regimen filled with nutrient densed foods or a guide to start? My goal is to increase protein without damaging the kidneys
Stick with the basics…
Protein - eggs/egg whites, chicken, ground turkey, beef, fish, Greek yogurt
Carbs - oatmeal, rice, potatoes
Fats - nuts, avocado, meats, olive oil
Add in your fruits and vegetables and you’re good to go. Drink plenty of water, and keep the bad fats and sugars low.
Some people are allergic to nuts is there a alternate for peanut butter?
