Meaning, may batch 2 po tayo :) Yes naman ganon ko kayo namiss. Hehe.     Hi po ako po nahahalata q kada araw ng babawas ng points timbang q.. Halimbawa kahapon 56.65 timbang q now 56.25 timbang q.. OK po ba un ganon ng babawas naman timbang q kso medyo mabagal.. Ng low carb diet naman na aq.. At sinusunod q ung calories intake q.. 1200 calories araw araw.. Sana makuha q GW q na 47 🙏😊

      Hala hindi po. Hahaha. Bakit nanginginig baka gutom. Eat in small portion pero don't starve yourself. Choose foods wisely :)

    Ate may I ask po kapag ba hindi ka na STRICT DIET okay lang bang damihan mo na yung kakainin mo I mean magdadagdag ka na po ng kainin mo ganun . Hindi po ba babalik ulit yung weight mo dati ? I'm planning po kase na itigil na yung strict diet ko since I already achieved the weight na dream ko hehe parang maintain na lng ba po yung gagawin ko. Pa reply nalang po salamat

      Hello. Yes naman pwede naman ano na ba current weight mo? Ilang taon kana? Nageexercise ka ba? Gaaano kadalas? And anong weight mo? :) Need it para macompute ko needed calories mo para makamaintain ng weight :)

I do exercise po daily pero as u said noon mas ok kung 30minutes kaya yun po yung ginagawa ko na and 14 years old po. Ilan po ba yung total calories na i intake ko to maintain my weight na Hindi na ako babalik sa dati kong weight para di masayang efforts Ko. Pls reply nalang po.
