    Thank you po ate sarah nakaka inspire po talaga kayo since napanood ko po yung mga vlogs nyo about sa pag didiet. 14 palang po ako and nag start nako mag papayat kasi po ayoko na mabully at matawag ng "tabatchoy" para den po tumaas na confident ko sa sarili ko.       Aw. Nagpacheck up na po ba ulit kayo sa doctor nyo?? Baka me masusuggest sya na pwede nyo gawin na makakkapaglose kayo ng weight. Or baka may iniinom din nga po kayong gamot na nagpapagain sainyo ng weight or nakakapagpabloated.

      Pwede naman po basta konti lang po ang oil mam para di greasy ang pagkain natin. Prefer lang talaga olive oil kasi mas gathy sya sa diet pero kasi medyo pricey po sya pero tipid naman gamitin :)

    Hi po. Isa po ako sa mga bagong subscribers nyo. Tatanong ko lang po. Gusto ko po mamaintain ang 55kg ko pero gusto ko sana na lumiit ang tyan ko po. At base po sa dapat kong calories per day ay 1409 po. Nagbe base po kasi ako sa video nyo po na 900 calories. Kulang pa po ng 500calories, pde ko bang iadd po ang fruits every meal po?       Yung meat with brocolli 2 servings nagawa ko don so 294 calories po each servings. Yung tuna cabbage and tofu po 1 servings lang po pareho yun. :) then yung ginawa ko naman na veggie salad 2 servings din po which is 216 calories per serving :)

    Pano po mag maintain ng weight. Pano po yung sa calories? Halimbawa po ngayon ang lumalabas sa tdee calculator po ay 1,733 yun daw po estimated body weight maintenance energy requirement ko per day.
    Pag gusto ko po ng loss weight less 500 po dba. Bali need ko intake is 1233 per day.
    Pano po pag gusto ko maintain nalang ako sa current weight ko.
    1,733 po yung e.iintake ko per day for weight maintenance? Tama po ba?

      Hello. :) yes tama yang explanation mo. Less 500 from the normal calories meed to inatke if want mo maglose ng weight. And tama din na pag maintenance nalang yung normal na calories ang need mo iintake. :) btw. Yung video na sinend mo here di ko talaga maopen. Maybe you can pm it to me ;)

      For tofu, mas maganda kung up to 3 days lang basta nasa ref di naman sya agad masisira. And yes iinit ko nalang sya the other day. Hehehe. Try to make the colorful veggies with chicken. Masarap sya. :) and aun you can store it up to 4 days naman
