    LCHF/keto is a lifestyle. Kaya malaking challenge sa bawat family sa atin ang ganitong lifestyle. I’m glad may kagaya ni doktora na nagpapaliwanag ang kagandahan nito lalo na sa health. Sana “good health” ang maging priority ng bawat pamilya sa atin lalo na wala tayong health insurance. Ramdam natin ang pasakit kung may isa sa ating kapamilya ang nadadala sa hospital at wala tayong pampagamot. Kung may doubt kayo sa LCHF/keto try nyo po basahin ang “Real Food On Trial” ni Tim Noakes.

    Doc puede discuss mo rin ang mga drinks na hindi maganda ang epekto sa katawan. ang anak ko ay mahilig sa mga inumin at malaki ang katawan lalo na sa bilbil niya. malakas mag exercise naman kaya lang parang wala din epekto ang gusto niyang mangyari na lumiit ang katawan. Ako ay isang tagasubaybay sa programa at dito na improve ang health ko, sobra pag papaliwanag tungkol sa life style. Thumbs up ako lagi sa discussion mo .

    Watching from Quezon.
    Thanks for inspiring me to be healthy. Kc last Dec 1 weighed 54 or 55 kgs. (In denial pa sa timbang🤣 53 lng daw😁).overweight po ako eh sa heigt na 4'11. but now wen i started Low carb 2nd week of Jan. (Trial and error pa ) until i took it seriuosly and done some IF (16:8) for a week now. Results were amazing😍 50kgs as of today. Thank you so muchhh... i hope i can maintain it and lost even more weight. Target is 46 to 48kgs. Long way to go 🙏

    Salamat sa infos Doc Grace! Matagal na po akong gustong mag keto at need ko po talaga mag loose ng weight and gusto ko na rin po maging healthy. Matagal na po kasi akong may high bp, high cholesterol at insomniac- hirap pong makatulog and stay asleep. Halos every day po palutang lutang lang tulog ko.       Ha,ha,ha cardiologist b yan pra maniwala ka na hind iiwas sa taba ng baboy, what??? Common sense, taba is fat, kaya tataas ang cholesterol, high blood, try to have blood test after a month, eating fat of baboy, see for yourself, many of her patient, ask advise to healthy lifestyle ,nutritionist doctor, coz, bumaba nga timbang, tumaas nman cholesterol, at high blood.

    Doc thank you po sa mga tips nyo simula ng mg lowcarb ako after 3months nawala na po yung ckd ko stage 3 ng normal na din po yung triglycerides ko na 1.2k normal na din po yung uric acid ko at cholesterol .fbs. hbA1c ..lahat ng normal po pati creatinine ko po na 2.56 now po 1.2 na po tama lng sakin kc mlaking tao ako❤❤❤❤

    May napanood din ako video maganda din yung punto dun.
    Ang maganda daw kainin ay yung mga live foods katulad ng mga sariwang gulay, prutas, karne at isda kasi tamang-tama lang ang ratio ng mga nutritional values nila. Ganun daw kagaling ang nature natin sa pag balanse ng mga kailangan ng katawan natin.
    Kainin din daw ang mga yan sa loob ng 2-3 hrs. that way daw kasi yung life giving nutrients n'ya ay makuha natin ng buong-buo.
    Kapag daw kasi dead foods or yung mga processed at may mga halo na kung ano-anong kemikal, at masyadong matagal na sa shelves, nawawala na yung natural sustansya lalo na yung mga refrigerated goods.

      This is true naman. Unprocessed and natural food is way better. But take note that fruits are high in fructose and some veges are still starchy.

      @@drjosephinegracerojotan for that naman volume is the key. Small amounts won't hurt naman. Unlike sa processed foods, yung small amounts nila ay saturated. Tipong isang kutsara minsan ay grabe na ang calories. Examples ay fruit ice creams, peanut butter, etc. Unlike sa whole foods, yung konting volume nakakabusog na kaya hindi mo gugustuhing kumain ng sobrang dami katulad ng leafy vegetables. Mabigat na kasi sa tiyan dahil sa fiber content.

    Also Dra., what is the effect of eating mostly meat n fats to our creatinine, kidneys? drs says these foods in creases creatinine level and destroy our kidneys.
    Also eaters will suffer from high uric acid leading to gour and R.A.??
