    To be honest your videos help me a lot po nung una hindi ko alam kung magiging effective ba siya and suddenly I found your yt channel pinanood ko siya ate sobrang laki ng impact as in grabe nakakabilib kahit na on diet ka surely busog ka paren as long as healthy yung kinakaen mo. Continue to inspire others po and sana hindi ka magsawa sa paggawa ng mga vids na about sa pag achieve ng weight. I remember nung may pasok ba sobrang na bu bully ako because of my body then biglang nabago ko yung sarili sa tulong mo hopefully magtulog tuloy po siya . Thank uuuu again po . Your such a big help di lang sa aken kundi sa lahat. Medjj napahaba po pero this is my way to thank you ❤️

      @@sarahmaenitrosanjuan3763 pang 2 months kuna na ngdadiet una low carbs ako gang napanuod kita kaya ng calories count ako ...83 kilo ako b4 now is 73 kaso bumagal na ung pagbaba ng timbang ko goal ko sana gang 65 🙏☺️

    Ate Sarah is it okay na mag increase na ng rice na kinakaen ko , yung 1 measuring cup of rice po ganun. Since I'm not strict diet can I maintain my current weight paren ba ? Sana masagot ate huhuhu

      Pwede naman po. Wala po nagbabawal. :) Mas mabilis lang ang pagpayat kapag nawawala po ang rice . Pero pag di kaya ng katawan, atleast konting kanin lang itake per day

      Hehehe yes pede naman po. Wag ka masyado matakot as long as counted mo calories ok lang yan :) wag lang masyado sa sweets. Basta alam mo yung count ng calories na alam mo din na mabubusog ka :)

      As long as kaya ng katawan mo, okay lang naman. Pero pag hindi, you can make it 1000 calories or compute natin ung dapat para sayo.
