      @Kay Dee I absolutely love fasting. When I'm fasting I sit in a seat of control over food as well as helping my mind/body/soul/ to heal. This is my lifestyle. Thanks so much for your kind words. 😀

      Your body needs nutrients. It can’t get heme iron, vitamin K2, cholesterol (yes you need it for all hormones) the list goes on!!!

    I've lost 11.9lbs since 8th jan doing ADF. Gonna keep going till I lose 30lbs more

      Congrats Jessica! I love ADF. It is a part of my lifestyle. There are so many benefits to fasting. Checkout Dr. Mindy Pelz on TH-cam. She has some great videos.

    Fasting is everything. You end up cleaning the body and soul. After a week of fast, you will know what your body needs. You will not want to drink alcohol, sweets, fatty stuff...its amazing.

      My longest water fast has been 5 days. I'm working up to a 40 day fast. What has been your longest fast?

    I really love this video especially when you said you got downloads cause i feel i get downloads too esp when fasting especially for over 30 hours. And its been up and downs but i finally realized that with God himself and realizing he is the creator I can stop this yoyo dieting and finally get to my weight of 199 and go further to 160 and become actress and model and really become who i wanna become and use what i learn to help others and stop denying that God has always been in me and been making me believe and trust that I can do anything and the things that water do on my fast does and the clarity I get from drinking water with my fast i do use water flavor but i feel the energy and magical sources from water. And thank you for this. I love vegan diet. But I am not vegan. Def will go publix and get few vegan items. And have variety.

    The reason Im here is bc sometimes you question your progress. Im doing ADF now for 58 days and have plateaued.
    So, I came to watch videos if I should go back to Omad.
    90 days have passed with a weightloss of 25lbs.
    July and now August, slow progress.
    Im also plant based and we share some similarities.
    Im here to listen...thanks!

      Hi Cherry! No. I drink regular water, unflavored mineral water, unflavored green tea or black coffee.

      Yes. You decide the length of your eating and fasting window. There are some free apps that can help you track your fasting window.

      You should probably opt out of fasting and look into OMAD+ healthy snacking if needed

      perhaps slowly start to gain knowledge of what stabilizes your energy and start slow with intermittent fasting and cut the hours of your eating window slowly but surely. . . for example, there are fiber rich items, things like chickpea dishes, avocados, certain smoothies can be filling yet "light" at the same time. .

    I tried eating high carb, low fat. My A1C went through the roof. Sorry, I like my eyesight and limbs too much to follow this plan. If it works for you, you can have my beans.
