  • Get ready to sweat with fitness trainer Nikki Nie, who will be leading this high-energy cardio workout joined by Paris Nicole and Siena Lyn! In this routine, you’ll work on moves that will help you manage your stress in a mindful way by keeping your body strong and your mind calm. You’ll go through mountain climbers, push-ups, gate swings, and lunges, just to name a few. Be prepared to engage your core and feel more balanced by the end of these 30 minutes.     They are so much motivation for us. Because when we see workout videos the girls are all skinny and well fitted. So it is a little disappointing thinking that when we can be like them. Here they shows every body types and also their journey towards fitness. Love you.

    This was SO FUN. Perfect recovery for a non-lifting day. I did it twice before going into the yummy cool down and it was just great. More of this awesome trainer and her team, please!!!

    it is extremely disturbing that, the moment you get used to the exercise, there is a break and stretch. Still nice with her motivating comments. I would recommend it fairly for beginners :)

      Any kind of cardio is good for your health. Increasing blood flow is good for the body. This workout is not pointless and will help different people in different ways.

      That's pretty normal especially if you're just getting back into working out or don't do on a regular basis. 3 piece of advice 1. Speak to your doctor about it 2, try going a bit less intense of a workout working your way slowly to more impact and intensity. 3. Make sure your diet is consisting of foods that don't cause inflammation.
      Bonus: these girls tend to get right into the workout because of time constraint make sure you do a warm up 10 to 15 minutes with light stretching before doing one of these workouts and always stretch out afterwards
