I wish more workouts on the new PopSugar post-Anna were this challenging. The lack of challenge and the short workouts are why I subscribed to Les Mills.
this is one of the best recent popsugar workouts! Fun trainer, challenging moves, and no time wasted. I also hate the recent trend on TH-cam of just music playing during the workout and no talking from the trainer...boring af. The only thing that could make this better would be bringing Anna back again!!
Whew this workout was no punk!! my girl Natalie did not stop talking and encouraging us the whole workout and we barely had breaks. Her stamina is a beast! Thanks

Natalie's workouts are my favorite! She's encouraging without being patronizing and just very pleasant to work out with. I love how she reminds you what the move is and fully demonstrates it each time instead of me having to rely on my memory and a partial explanation so I don't lose time figuring it out.

Great workout, only at times the trainer starts so fast that it is hard to keep up, especially at the beginning. I think it is better to do slow and correct than rush through them. Think workout would have been better if she showed them a little bit slower at the beginning.
I use PS through the week for all my workouts, and I do try to squeeze a high intensity routine like this one, but for the amount of lower body it has there ae=re genuinely very few stretches in the cooldown. Find the HIIT routine by Charlie Atkins from a few years ago, a lot more balanced tbh
I'm kind of baffled by the accordion abs move, because they really hurt my hip where it's sitting against the floor/being pushed down when I lift my legs off the ground? Even the modification has the same issue, and bone-grinding-into-mat is not the burn I want from a workout? If anyone has any tips on how to set my weight on the floor without smushing my hip I'd really appreciate it.
Whoever film this should try to show more the main instructor or use full shot instead of only shot of modified version person behind more than 5 seconds. This has been keep happening few times in other video here. Not everyone is doing modified version and if using full shot, viewer can watch all the version. Hope this help!
Popsugar was always my go to for workouts, but they have been missing the mark the past year. Music is too low, and the trainers aren't what they used to be.
Love the aesthetics and colours but hate the moves. I don't understand the obsession with burpies and any jumping while half the body is on the ground. There are many other moves that achieves the same thing......

Thankful for Paulyn I don’t feel alone in this workout! That second circuit was overkill! I had to take longer breaks in between rounds
