30-Minute Low-Impact Cardio Workout

- Join fitness trainer Rachel McClusky for a 30-minute low-impact cardio circuit, joined by Mikayla Campbell and Nikita Chaudhry. In this routine, you'll start with McClusky's tried-and-true standing arms, followed by lateral lunges, kickback pulls, bird dogs, and glute bridges along with many other moves that will challenge your body from head to toe. You'll end with a rewarding cooldown that includes a variety of stretching exercises. The moves may be low-impact, but you will feel challenged to be your best self!

Loved Rachel's energy and understanding of how to motivate without resorting to talking about a bikini body or the shape of our butts. the workout is genuinely challenging and the leadership of a fitness instructor like Rachel showing us that fitness can be about more than just trying to wrestle our bodies into a specific shape is really refreshing.
I was feeling so out of it after losing my beloved grandfather yesterday and just wanted to move… so excited when I saw a new Rachel workout because she is my fave. Feeling sweaty, moved and at peace now.

AMAZING workout. Great for endo girlies like me who can no longer jump or do high impact without tons of pain. Being super athletic and then having to scale it back was hard. So nice to get an actually solid workout while keeping it safe.

Loved this workout my only complaint is that it moves so fast between moves that by the time I workout what circuit I have to do it’s halfway over 😅
This is one where I think it definitely wants repeats. I got a bit lost on the combos and resorted to my patented method of "flail around and keep moving."

McClusky Is a good trainer, she's just too much of a 'Wooo Girl'
This is NOT a low impact... if you do everything without rest it's pretty much medium intensity workout. Sure, some moves are easy, but some are non-beginner and it would be already high impact for beginners, since you don't provide alternatives.
I'm doing 30 min circle MRT/HIIT/low-impact for rest, and this workout wasn't it. Only wasted my time and messed up my schedule.
Honestly this work out is not for beginners. There is no enough time to manage to make the movement the right way. As a result, it could lead to injuries.
No me gustó. Cambia de patrón muy rápido no da tiempo de reaccionar. Los ejercicios finales de estar boca abajo como se supone que vea la tele y los haga si para cuando vuelvo a ver la tele ya le cambia. Además el camarografo se enfoca en la instructora cuando se detiene en medio de los ejercicios para hablar y no deja ver que están haciendo.
