    Aw thank you for including women of different body shapes and sizes 💛 it can be discouraging when I want to find an exercise video and the teacher is such a different body type than mine, like no body fat, perfectly sculpted, that I could never "achieve" now that I'm a single mom and just don't have the time or energy and my values have changed. I just want to enjoy exercising and be healthy and take care of myself and feel accepted and beautiful and all these ladies here are so lovely.

    I don’t usually comment here but I have to say, Rachel has quickly become one of my favourite trainers. She has a very pleasing and gently encouraging demeanour and her workouts are always accessible for someone like me who has joint pains at a young age.

    I really like the overall esthetics of this video and thumbnail. Also THANK YOU for having a plus size woman I can identify with doing the modifications. Please keep doing these videos, I’ve done the new ones 4 times already, they’re helping me sooo much gaining confidence!

      Yes I like that you can identify to the 3 of them for different reasons. Different body shapes but also personality and energy. Depending on the moment I can relate to all of them

    love how diverse these videos are and how they have options for most people to follow! especially love how the language from the teachers and the videos has gone from 'losing weight' and having a 'flat tummy' (who has one of those?? we all have organs!) to being strong and healthy.

    Excellent video! I was feeling groggy and unmotivated, but I knew I wanted something to get my body moving. This was the perfect workout for that. It was fun, boosted my mood, and I feel like I got a great workout in. Awesome instructor and back ups :) Thank you!

    This is what I call a sneaker workout - it creeps up on you! I elevated it a bit by jogging & doing high knees instead of marching but those leg lifts & side crunches got me!

    Thank you so much for this video, PopSugar! I've only recently started working out again, but I was finding it so hard to finish a workout video - until I found this! The workout seemed easy but was actually challenging (in a really good way!) + I appreciate that Rachel, Alexis and Luisa took breaks in between and were not afraid to show it! :) It was my first time trying this video out today, and I couldn't believe I finished it (without even realizing that it was done). I am a fan of this trio and of this new approach to workout videos. More more more!

    Loved this class! I have a hard time finding 30-min low impact cardio classes, which is a must for my knee injuries and other health related reasons. PLEASE do more of these 30-min low impact cardio - also enjoyed having all 3 trainers!

    👏🏾 Best low-impact workout ever! 😅 I sweating buckets! This is my 2nd time doing Rachel's workouts, and she quickly becoming one of my favorite trainers! She has a very pleasing and gently encouraging demeanor! My favorite part of this workout is seeing women in different skin tones, body types and sizes!     Just did this workout for the fifth or sixth time and still just love it so much. Rachel is so uplifting, the workouts are sneaky in that they’re fun and the moves are simple but challenging, and I love the body diversity. 🧡

    Loved this. Would love to see some more low impact workouts without too much squatting - arthritis in one knee is so debilitating because the rest of me is fit & healthy and keen to work out!

    Just perfect for a 180 lb short person! I can do this indoors as the weather changes to more inclement weather and less outdoor activities!

    This workout is so great for me!! I'm over 50 and have bad knees and a bad hip, and this workout works for me!! I love that the trainers come from all walks of life, all colors shapes and sizes, so inclusive and wonderful! The only thing I would critique is that I would like to be able to hear the music better. If I turn up the volume enough to hear the music, then the trainer is yelling.....LOL. Or maybe, just post the BPM, and then I can find music to match. :) Otherwise, GREAT WORKOUT! Can't wait to do it again!

    I am thrilled to see a curvy girl working out. Representation matters! This was fun and low impact. But i still got my sweat on! Sometimes you don't feel like all the jumping and floor work. This was a nice break, but I still moved.

    Thank you for the workout. It was great. I've been working out with popsugar for ages now. The vibes were great. Just some feedback if you don't mind; the instructor screaming 'Wow' every time was really frustrating. I understand that it is meant to motivate people, but it was very loud that I had to pause at minute 12 to write my comment. I hope you take it the positive way and thanks again xo

    Great work out - however should turn down the mic of everyone who's not the leader here. As the girl in the back left is much louder than everyone else - quite distracting to my workout!

    First time with pop sugar, far too much chatter going on & can’t hear the music & that scream every ten seconds, what’s that about !!! Otherwise could have been an enjoyable workout

    Love the inclusivity here -- but really turned off by the "new season" set change and trend appeal. I loved old Popsugar specifically because it felt like an anti-influencer style space, where the focus was just a good work out, not to wear the latest gym apparel or like, look perfectly glow-y while doing it.
    I still love & highly support Popsugar, just throwing some alt. feedback out there that the vibe is definitely different. I'll stick to the old workouts which I still love and swear by!
