  • Join fitness trainer Rachel McClusky for a 30-minute cardio fusion workout joined by Paulyn Baens and Nikita Chaudhry. This full-body routine targets your lower body, core, and arms. You’ll work on moves like curtsy lunges, mountain climbers, tabletop leg lifts, and tricep extensions and leave feeling recharged. Be prepared to feel the full-body burn with unilateral work thrown into this routine. This workout includes cardio circuits with a focus on active recovery, rest periods throughout to stay connected with your intention, and more! Don’t stress if you lose your balance or need to give your arms a break - just get right back into it. All you need is a mat to get started!

    ❤ absolutely and love this! I was browsing for Fitness videos because I’d like to level up my routine and ran into this video. Love that you have a good tips but also incorporate instructors with different weight and sizes. This is very encouraging and I can’t wait to come back.❤

    💪🏾😍 This was a fantastic challenging workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! This is my 3rd time doing Rachel's workouts, and she didn't disappoint! Love seeing the diverse body types!     I don’t love a lot of these moves but the burn was real and the sweat during that fast paced cardio part was also real! I have to challenge myself with new moves anyway.

    Excellent workout. The woo's were so loud on my computer, irritating for sure. Maybe the mic was too close? Still a good workout though. Also Nikita is a powerhouse, very inspiring watching her go, she should be a fitness trainer.

    I really don’t mean to be negative, and I feel kind of bad saying this…but she say “whoo” about a hundred times during the duration of this workout. She seems nice and this is a great workout, but it does tend to get a little annoying after awhile. My friend did this exact workout and she said the same. I’ve also seen people commenting about it on some of her other videos. Anyway, not trying to be mean. Just constructive criticism if anything. Again, great workout.

    When Rachel shouts "woohh" it's very high pitched sometimes it's sort of irritating..

    Outfits are great. Love the exercise. Wish they were fitter trying to lose weight and easier to follow goal bodies. Although these ladies are so much fun and positive and sweet 😋 💕

    This workout video is unbearable due to the constant "woo"-ing. Love popsugar, love body inclusivity, and this would be a great workout but the high pitched "woo"s are too much.

    I was attracted to the promise of cardio...but after 12 minutes that did not raise my heart rate in the slightest, I quit and did a video with real cardio.

    I agree with the comments. My opinion:
    1. Yes, the loud WOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!s are very annoying.
    2. Yes, pretty much all those moves were weirder than they had to be, I think there are way better and more fun moves to work those muscle groups...
    3. Yes, I didn't feel the cardio through most of this either.
    4. Something more... why does the star of the workout take all those breaks? She tries to make it look like she takes the breaks to tell us something really important, but it's just really unnecessary stuff with overdramatic gestures to distract from the fact that she needs breaks? These are not things that she has to say RIGHT THEN or AT ALL. Not saying this to be harsh but because it's extremely demotivating when the trainer can't even make it through her own workout. Nikita would have done it better - why not put her in front? The one that can actually do this workout.
    I love Popsugar but I'm definitely never coming back to this video.
