Thank you for this energetic workout! One quick note is that I look for "low impact" because I can't jump on my knees at all - this workout did have a fair amount of knee jumping/landing, though some modifications were provided.

How many calories are we burning here?
Not for me; not for me body or attention span. Boring. Stopped about 10mins in. Doing the same stuff over and over with small adjustments added. Too many plank/inchworms and the awkward crunches Idk if I'll ever figure out.
Warning: This is a circuit, it's just like 4 movents you repeat over and over and over, she talks too much and stops a lot even tho the workut is not that hard. It feels old even tho it's a new video.
And it's definitely not low impact, and it's harsh on the wrists.
That’s harsh. I admit, I hated the repetitive inc worms-but Jena is great on the whole.

@@jennawillis8828 Loved the workout and all the 90s references! A couple of moves were a little loud (for low impact) but I modified to make them quieter.
There other youtubers that have seated or wrist friendly workouts so sorry your disappointed in thus workout I believe everyone with in a need of workout needs a good title for there TH-cam page if it says wrist friendly there are
Going to be people who like the workout and people who don't and that's is okay if they what to show the support on your fitness journey and everyone is at different level and center things may not work out but that is okay keep trying and give the best that you can at lease your trying and your not giving up
Great workout but all the old 2000s songs/phrases was nauseating. I like 2000s music but every move another silly terrible phrase was annoying.

The workout was challenging but the corny one liners from songs and movies make this an annoying workout for me. I’ll stick to the other trainers.
Its too hard for big body. If u have big fat, dont do this. Search another low impact video
