  • Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Nikki Nie, who will be leading this 30-minute cardio barre fusion workout joined by Paris Nicole and Ellie Aviles! This routine fuses traditional barre movements with a cardio boost. You’ll start with a quick warmup and work your way to the fundamental basics in ballet like first position, second position, grand battements, pliés, relevés, and tendus. Through the course of this workout, you'll undoubtedly feel lengthened and engaged. This beginner-friendly workout covers stretching exercises, cardio from squat jumps to frog squats, standing core exercises, floorwork with a mix of core and cardio work, and an ab series. You’ll be sure to complete this routine with a rewarding cooldown. All you need is a mat to get started!

    I really REALLY appreciate the modifications - not just incorporated into the whole workout, but MID-workout to adapt for tendons rolling over bones - that was super important to note - so often we don’t listen to our bodies if they tell us something in the middle of a workout; I love that you allowed for it. I also really loved the note at the end about appreciating the body you’re in NOW. So important.

    Loved the cardio barre fusion. Managed slow mountain climbers but after that had to get up in a standing position. Finished standing doing what I though was a modification. It would be nice to put a picture of the standing exercise. Recovering from injury so floor exercises don't fill good on back or hips. Have a great day!

    This had a lot of different movements which has its pros and cons!
    Pros: so many body parts were targeted and the burn was real, the sweat was real!
    Cons: sometimes the transition is too fast I had to rewind, sometimes it feels like we were in a hurry

      Agreed! Definitely rushed through the exercises. Didn’t feel like I targeted any muscle groups efficiently because it moved so quick.

    I would like to see more yoga or Pilates workouts with a direct focus on belly breathing and core activation. Please and thank you especially at the start of the workout.

    Nice recovery day. Not much cardio, heartbeat never got above 140 but barre section felt good!

    I will be trying this work out did this 30 minute workout help anyone, has anyone seen results with them selves doing there workouts any weight loss, belly fat burning becoming flat to burning off fat. Did this help anyone if so please lmk I'm interested in knowing dose this work as well can fit into anyone's schedule to do even when working a full time job having kids responsibilities and more please someone I need to know I'm want the right plan to burn belly fat tight in up my thighs, butt, breast I don't want to develop sagging I'm a grandma I consider myself lucky to still look good I'm never old yes bold need to start working out eat better watch what I put into my body get vitamin s and nutrients

    not good. quit mid way through. everything was so rushed and the cues were bad...at one point i felt like the instructor just started winging it. got a muscle cramp in my neck bc I had to constantly check if she decided to switch sides or switch move. I'm appreciative of free workouts but this just isn't good. Plus, it has nothing to do with barre.
