    Thank you so much for producing this lesson. I love this practice and it is just what I need. The only thing I don't like is the background music. Either it needs to be a lot softer or preferably switched off altogether, especially for those who are hard of hearing as it drowns out your voice. We all have different tastes in music and it is difficult to find something that suits everyone.You have such a wonderful soft, soothing voice that there is no need for the music at all. Otherwise, the lesson is just perfect.
