@@edwarenrique4645 Estiras tu cuerpo, antes de entrenar es muy bueno ya q tenés menos probabilidades de sufrir lecciones, además te hace más flexible, y nunca está de más estirar al despertar ya q hace q estés más despierta y relajada y mejora a la circulación y hace q si tenés algún dolor de pierna, espalda o cuello por dormir desaparezca enseguida.

Sau khi tập bài này gót chân tôi thường hay đau vì 1 ngày làm việc đứng thường xuyên 8 giờ đồng hồ ở công ty , nó giúp tôi ko cảm thấy đau sau khi tôi tập thử đêm qua chỉ 1 lần bài tập của bạn rất tốt sau khi thức dậy chân tôi không đau nữa . Cảm ơn nhiều lắm

Советую делать перед тренировкой разминку , а вот уже после тренировки растяжку. Так будет эффективнее .
