Your channel is incredible and I've practiced countless hours with you already. We need more shoulder mobility qigong, I struggle with pain in shoulder joints and I can't believe how instantly after exercising my joints feel lubricated! Thank you Lu Chin!

This is good, and I’m trying - my serving arm (right) won’t really stay against the wall, I’m doing what I can and your live sessions and these TH-cam sessions are the answer. 🙏🏻

This routine is wonderful. I've had a rotator cuff injury on one side - good movement back after physio exercises but shoulder very cracky,, and a deltoid injury on the other side that hasn't healed properly so limits twisting and stretching range of movement. Am having acupuncture which has helped loosen shoulder and I think combined with these exercises will sort it. Thank you!

Thanks J! The wall angel was difficult for me when I first started doing it - a lot of cracking and popping as well. But gradually it becomes my go to exercises to unlock my shoulder mobility, because it is so effective! But start slow with a fewer repetitions for each set. 🤗
