    I struggle with major fatigue, joint pain in hands, wrists & ankles, nausea, sinus pain and dizziness so generally feel pretty off on the daily and I'm unable to practice a lot of yoga or do more strenuous activities I could in the past. Your channel has really helped me with anxiety, pain and mobility!

    I do know that I say this So Often but it is total Truth : This is so wonderful ! I cannot pick a favourite of your classes because I love them all. ( Even the ones that are harder for me and therefore the ones I need to do ) Go, Nick, go !

    Nick ads are popping up in the middle of this routine. Really disruptive. It didn’t used to do that. Love the video.

    I can feel the difference in my shoulders after the first time doing this practice. I cant wait to do it again tomorrow. This really takes the tightness and achiness away from my shoulders and upper back. I have had the lingering pain all week. I will be better now, Thanks so much to you Nick for this practice. thanks for all the videos you share with us.🙏🙏🙏

    What a completely Marvelous session ! The scenery is, of course, wonderful but the exercises and flow of energy are something special. My neck and shoulders and spine all thank you very very much. A peaceful active set. Thank you, Nick !

    Lovely and relaxing - nice for the bones and muscles so necessary to move head and sholders. Lots of rain and water here in the gauge in S France just like your pictures!

    Hey Nick! I love your videos, really appreciate them! Trying to practice at least one a day, they are so calming and energizing, really thanks a lot!
    Today I had the first time, here in this video, that adds are popping up randomly during the practice. There were 4 or 5 of them in just this 17 min video, and not even the ones you can click away. They really really got me out of the flow everytime, from the calmness of the practice and your voice, to suddenly music and someone trying to sell shady business investments. This is really disruptive, hope you can make it away. I dont think I can keep watching these videos online on youtube if it stays like that. Thanks Nick, all the best

      Thanks for letting me know! TH-cam changed their ad settings recently, so several of my videos have started doing this without my permission. I’ve switched it back off for this video now. Thank you!

    Thanks Nick. As always, a beneficial routine, particularly for when one sits too long over one's computer or phone. I wonder about the clicking in my shoulders. Is this because of my age at almost 69? I do Qi Gong daily and still find this clicking in my shoulders.

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question! For me, some of my clicking went away with practice. Some didnt. I don’t really know why!
