For example, I used to make vegetable chutneys for my daughter instead of steamed or poriyal or kootu. Please clarify if the fibre content is same in sauce form. Thanks a lot for your attention. 🙂
about mindful eating, it's more like not doing anyother activities while eating other than eating. For example, while watching tv and eating at the same time one can overeat than of they actually eat without TV.
