    Gem of a content. This video doesn’t deserve these many views. It should reach more audience. Thank you sir. I see lot of influencers spreading misinformation. Its happy to see someone with the right credentials just talking about calorie deficit and protein leverage theory Instead of talking about intermittent fasting or any other BS hacks. But sir, I am pretty sure only 15% of this information would be received by the audience. All the topics you covered need its own video if this has to reach the masses. Once again thank you for sharing all these knowledge. 🙏🙏🙏

    Weight 91 to 93 kg Maximum
    I live in Switzerland 🇨🇭
    In Summer days I gain weight
    In this time I do swimming 🏊‍♂️
    1.3 km long distance and 8 km Fast walking but I gain weight
    If I do workout in September to March in this cold Autumn 🍂 & Winter 🥶 I can losse weight
    For me Summer disadvantage
    To losse weight but in 🍂Winter 🥶 very easy to lose my weight

    Sir, Really your session is exuberant and I have been observing intermittent fasting ( i.e 20:4) I finish my supper by 8.00 p.m. again I take my food by 4.00 p.m. next day. I feel better and active, infact my stomach related gastritis and other issues are gone. I have two questions Sir.
    1. Is it right to skip the breakfast?
    2. Can I do excercise during the time of intermittent fasting?

    Hello Dr. Santosh, good day. I have been following you for quite sometime. Thank you for all your videos. They are very informative and inspirational. I have been trying to loose body fat for quite sometime now (almost 2 years). I have been on intermittent fasting for the past couple of years (fast 18 hrs) and I also exercise 4-5 days a week but not much of weights as I have a lower back disc buldge and doc advised not to do weights. I also do abdominal exercises 3-4 days a week however my tummy is not reducing at all and this video gave me a lot of insights to why that is the case. However if I can do weights I just want to understand how to go about strength training or muscle building? Btw, am 47 years old. Pls help me understand this so I can b more productive. I am loosing motivation because of no progress even after putting in so much effort. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Doctor! I am Akshay from kanya kumari.For the past 6years I was suffering from shoulder dislocation problem. Most of the people I know,they are saying surgery won't cure this shoulder dislocation problem.Even a ortho doctor says the same thing.
