Long ago I watched a video by a doctor, he said that calorie deficit was not a solution for weight loss instead make the body fat adapted to lose weight.
He probably meant that making the body fat adapted will make it easy for you to maintain a calorie deficit naturally without explicit efforts. You can either do a forced calorie deficit (have to deal with hunger) or natural calorie deficit (you won't feel hungry all the time, so you won't eat too much).
@@cillumagellan Any how I do not have a problem of weight loss instead my problem is weight gain because my metabolism is very high. I tried weight gainer shake but it didn't work. My weight is within the normal range but I want to increase my weight but I couldn't do it.
