Lekin sir, kuch din workout kar ne ke baad wrist injuries hota hai, He takes rest pain tik ho jata hai fer workout karta hai fer pain hota hai, Eaa 2 saal se chal raha hai. Koi medicine is ko thik nehi kar paya. Warm up bhi tik se karta hai. App hi solution bataiya.
