I am 38 year old Reduced 6.5 kg around since started following you.. took me around 4-5 months Working so not that regular but try to follow diet n forms you told here. Very helpful Good result on biceps and abs but I also wanted to put some wieght with bulking. Dont know whether your team reads all the messages and its difficult too. But any specific video concentrating on Bulking elaborating on Excercises and diet to have a visible physique bare minimum.. not like pro body builders

(Exercise No. 3)Triceps - Long head Muscle ka ek aur Function Hai " Shoulder Extension " and when we do "ROPE EXTENSION", Your shoulder will be in "Shoulder Extension" and as per "ACTIVE INSUFFICIENCY THEORY" You can not perform "ROPE EXTENSION" with 100% efficiency. So Long Head toh proper trained hi nhi hoga. And one thing we should always start with Compound movement ( Exercise ). So, Close Grip Benchpress should come at first no.
What about weights ... should i fix same weight for all 3 or 4 sets because rep. Range is fixed to 12 ...i was using low weight high rep..and high weight low rep. combination...for ex. 15 rep with 10 kg and in next set 12 rep 15 kg...10 rep 20 kg... please answer my query, i am confused

I joined my gym on March 2023, witn trainer around 5months but due to some financial probelm i left n chnge to another gym, so rt Now i workout myself without trainer..i just want to know about the diet, i use only protein powder, glutamine, carnitine. Is there any other good diets plz suggest me, i want to grow muscle faster quickly. And during that 5 months with my trainer i lose weight from 106.7 to 87.3, and my trget set is between 70 to 75kg. So overall my question is plz suggest me gym diets not meal/food rather than those 3 mention above Jai hind 🙏
I have a question- should we focus on each exercise set per day or do a mix and match? Considering the time constraints, I usually got 60 mins. I have dumbbells, barbells, bench press, inclined press at home and can do these but I am confused that should I do your top 4 chest on Monday, then biceps top 3 on Tuesday and like this or just mix and match? I am doing like 4-6 workouts per week depending upon my schedule. If I focus on per area only per day, wouldn't that result in less gain as that exercise is happening say 1 or 2 times only per week? Please please let me know.

Rope overhead extension: 3:55
Close grip bench press: 5:50
Rope extension: 8:30
Close grip bench press have given me insane results .. guys you must do this exercise.. very effective 🔥

Exercises told in the video are as follows :-
1) incline bench skull crusher
2) close grip bench press
3) rope extensions

You should try push pull leg, by this you can train all muscles twice in week
