I'm not a fan of close grip bench press as it involves balancing problems. I have seen countless videos of people suggesting cables for kickbacks. Here;s my routine and let me know if it's fine or not: Mondays: Skull crushers Pully push down Single arm cable push down (to the side of the body while locking the arm almost behind the body) Dips Thursdays: Skull crushers again Pully push downs again Cable kick backs or single arm overhead cable extensions Pushdowns with that V shaped thing (lateral head focused)

All top exercises covered , Personally for kickbacks I prefer cable kickbacks instead of dumbells as it gets easy to control the movement & has done great effect for me on muscle , Also people who have shoulder or any problem doing parallel bar dips for either chest or triceps try doing decline neutral grip (hammer grip) dumbell press , has all benefits of dips without compromising on shoulders , Give it a try .The good old Hindu push-ups is also another great exercise for tricep activation although it works entire upper body. No kid. There is always something better than other things. Scienctific machines se particular muscle par kis exercise se max connection bnta hai pta chalta hai. Like close grip bench press has really huge impact on triceps if done correctly. Kuch exercise aisi bhi hoti hai joh perform krte time lgta hai ki mjaa aa rha hai but us se ghntaa gaining nhi hoti

For bicep concentration curl bicep curl hammer curl My question , is there any problem of this set up because in bench press day my triceps are also activated somehow And next day work out of tricep does harmful?
Muscles don't work in a vacuum, triceps and shoulders are activated during bench press. Lats and biceps are activated during deadlifts. That's normal, don't worry!

But do din pehle test kraya , usme levels 21 aagya...Test galat hai ya supplementation uselss hai? but summers me bahar nahi gya- subha 5:30-7am gym hota hai..baki after 6:30pm 2-3km walk roz...test galat hai ya supplementation smjh nahi aarha...dr lalpath jaise reputed se krwaya hai dono bar
