    I really like how there’s no talking during the exercises. It was very zen. For someone like me who often has to manage tension during exercise, that peace and quiet meant a lot!

    Ten minutes with no breaks is all it takes to fire up the core. This was such a good burn. Will be revisiting this one often!

    OH MY GOODNESS, my abs were burning, I was about to quit 3 minutes in but I told myself to keep going and realized that it wasn't one of those routines where you perform 5 exercises and then repeat for 2 or 3 rounds....I am GLAD I kept going because it was a no-repeat which I LIVE FOR! THANK YOU for your AMAZING CONTENT!

    The burn was intense! Heather's workout calendars are amazing and this ab workout is by far my favourite, burned as much if not more than Pam's 10 min six pack abs yet moves were simple to follow and effective (love both trainers though 😉). Thanks Heather! ❤️

    Love this workout! I have been doing it for the better part of 2 weeks, and have already seen the most changes in my problem areas (lower stomach and flanks) than I have ever seen with any other ab workout! I though I was destined to have a spare tire around my waist thank goodness I came across this video!! ❤️

    I’m so happy my sister recommended following your videos! I’m 4 months post partum and don’t really have the energy or motivation to do more that 10 minutes most days. Is so nice to get such a good and quick workout. Honestly leaves me wanting even more by the end. Thank you!

    Absolutley fantastic quick and dirty 10 min ab workout. Love to pair these up at the end of another workout, makes the sweat sesh feel completely rounded out.
    1) I love the unique movements that really target different abdominal muscles
    2) no repeats!

    I am not ashamed to admit that I rested during the holding exercises. My abs seriously needed a break. This was a power abs workout for sure. Loved it! Thank you for another great, short workout Heather.

    Just brilliant Heather! Added this on to my quads, glutes and calves workout. The flow was great and I really appreciated the plank to pike..it provided a bit of a break and a chance to get a stretch in there. Great music too 🥰 You are a master 🙌👏🙏❤
