    I love your workouts. Most of the time, I can only do a portion of them (I'm 66 and can no longer do what I could back in my younger days) but I aspire to be able to complete them someday. Thank you for helping me stay fit.

    Love these quick and easy burners!
    I also wanted to share my progress. I've been running 1-3 miles on my treadmill, doing your workouts and dance workouts with emkfit. I also started using a calorie counting app.
    In 2 months I have lost 10 pounds and nearly 4 inches off my waist. I'm so happy to have found you and all the other youtubers and positive commenters who have inspired me. And if anyone is stuck right now you can do it! I know it's hard but it is possible!

    I’m Chrysa and I’m from Greece. I work out on a daily base (before quarantine I went everyday on gym, tennis , Pilates)

    My friend told me just last night that she needs to start working on her abs because she has neglected them for so long. This is a really great workout to forward to her because done right, these simple moves are all you need. So often the other channels have workouts or young women doing the workouts that are just not realistic. I love your channel!
