I normally do Chris Heria and Athlen-X ab workouts and this is an awesome change. It really targets the abs and emphasizes the importance of slow, deliberate, focused movements, most importantly FORM to target the abs. I notice a lot of people who try and workout abs try to go fast and sacrifice form. Great job on this video. Love it and absolutely felt the abs burning 🔥

I was great during the workout (I fell the burn but it's okay 😅) but for this exercise, my legs fell like very heavy and I feel I don't do correctly this exercise... I think I did it too hard oops Story-> In short I exercised way too much and when I was doing the elevated bicycle crunch my left upper leg hurt a lot. I took an online test to see what happen it said I have Femoral Stress Fracture so I asked my dad who works in nhs and yh it was true. Basically Femoral Stress Fracture is when your upper leg thigh area hurts when you move your legs too much like in cocouns it takes around 8+ weeks to recover but I’m still going to exercise my abs. I’ll just not do exercises that include moving or stressing leg muscles
I wanted to know if there is a modified/beginner move for the two moves she does while holding herself up with her arm behind her. I cannot do that move yet. Thanks

In short I exercised way too much and when I was doing the elevated bicycle crunch my left upper leg hurt a lot. My problem with crunches is that i feel a lot of neck pain which makes it really hard to continue and stay focused. Any recommendations?
idk if this will help but try to not move your neck and focus on using your abs to lift yourself up instead
