Did this one yesterday - feel it today! This one hit some muscles apparently I have been neglecting ha ha. I have been doing your workouts for a couple of months now and they have helped me so much. I'm 55 and carried my 1 year old granddaughter on my back up a mountain a couple of days and my body felt great! My cardio and strength has improved so much. So grateful to have found you! :)

I did in the evening yesterday because tomorrow I do yuor workouts of Challenge program ☀️ In this workout I like all expenses, it is unique 👏 In the workout 5 week 3 my favourite exercises are "Hamstring curls" and " Glute bridge". WOW!!! I did this one last night and all day I have felt it. While I was doing it I kept thinking, "am I really doing anything?" I used 10 pounds and I have felt sore all day, but a GREAT sore. I plan on doing this at least 1-2 times per week and do 2 rounds next time!! LOVE THIS ONE!!!!
Did this today and I love that it includes so many of my fave standing exercises with no repeats. I'm going to incorporate it 3x/week to my strength training pilates, and alternate cardio.

This is brilliant! I'm a morning work out person and find that my acid reflux is also a morning person, so it's hard for me to lay on the floor for any abs work as it pushed acid further into my gullet :-/ This is ideal for someone like me!! Thank you for another great workout, Heather!!
