  • Today's quick, no equipment, no repeats workout is an Abs and Booty workout that is perfect on its own for a quick burn or add it on to your longer sweat sesh as either a warm up or workout finisher to really target the core and glutes. No weights needed so just roll out that mat and follow along!

    This is perfect! I often decide between doing an abs or a booty finisher after non glute-focused workouts and this is the perfect combo. Both my abs and booty were burning!

    I was feeling a bit lethargic today and was about to skip my workout today. And i got this notification from heather for the 10 minutes arm workout 💪 and what cud be better then skipping my workout altogether. And then I saw this finisher, and here I am....done both and feeling relieved that I did not skip my workout. Thanks Heather for these short workouts but veryyy effective. I am sweating after doing these two workouts, that too in an air-conditioned room.
