15 Min Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch

  • This is a quick 15 min morning yoga full body stretch to help you start your day feeling your absolute best on and off the mat. This class is for all levels however some beginners may find some of the poses too advanced. I recommend in this case to modify or skip any poses that don't feel right or try a class that is specifically created for the beginner practitioner, i have so many to choose from! :)

    I prefer your yoga vids over anyone elses. Your voice is just so calming and I really appreciate you allowing time to really feel out and sit in the pose. You are amazing! Never stop what you’re doing!!🫶

    Your energy is so healing. I tried other yoga TH-camrs before and didn’t really enjoy yoga as much as I wanted to but I really started to live and enjoy yoga when I found your videos because of your energy, voice, the music you have playing, the way you speak of others and yourself. It’s a blessing to start and end my day with these videos so thank you for making them ❤

    I’ve been doing the 15 minute stretches during my babies first nap of the day and it’s so relaxing and gets all that morning stiffness out of me, love this!

    This was perfectly gentle and calming after a rough nights rest where I woke up feeling tight and in some pain.
