      I have been meaning to join you. Especially from the day you started the morning challenge which I loved and which introduced me to your style of teaching. You are the best! Routines that challenge me but at the same time slow enough to do them right. Also your vocal instructions are fantastic with your soothing voice.
      Unfortunately I have a back surgery at the end of September and I won't be able to practice til November. Don't know how I will live without🤔. Hopefully the price won't rise so I can sign up then. Sorry and thank for the answer.

    i usually find the way people talk in yoga videos annoying but you are the first one who has a very soft way of speaking

    Thank you for letting me keep breathing. As I am thinking that I am ok with my mental health I didn’t cause yesterday my body was holding me back of getting proper breathing cause the last week I didn’t had time to do yoga or excercises or maybe I didn’t make enough time. So this short but keeping me noticing to breath is keeping me grounded for today thank you.

    Thank you! This was the gentle and delicate practice I need it to warm a little bit up the body after a night of sleep and after a long time not practicing. I really like to practice with you..     Really like this type of sequence to get the old, stiff joints moving before starting long, morning practice. Used this to warm up, a bit, for more intense yin stretches. :)

    Excellent class and very clear for beginners! The key is in how you explain it, simple and straightforward. As a Yoga practitioner I usually watch your classes and they inspire me for my music channel dedicated to Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness; designed for teachers and practitioners of those disciplines.

    Hello Jessica. Thank you for creating a video for brief yoga after waking up to stretch out tight limbs in the morning.     I dont get time to stretch as I train very hard. This was a nice class to get in some of that stretching that I dont do! I train so hard that I feel almost guilty to do something as simple as this workout but just like my harder workouts it is imperative to get stretching in! Thank you for a wonderful centering workout!
