    Not going to lie...this is probably the most relaxed i've ever felt in a longtime. Going through different yoga girls on YT I have always loved coming to bird. She truly understands that there is no rush into going into the next move but taking that time to be with your body and breathe.

    This was lovely. I felt so much sadness coming up as I acknowledged how long I’ve neglected any type of movement. Not just for the excess weight I’m carrying, but for how disconnected I’ve become from my body this year. This was a wonderful re-entry- thank you. 💕

    I’ve gone from kickboxing, running, gym and swimming to a diagnosis of M.E. My life turned on its head. 2 years to the day and I found this video. Wow, was such a helping hand. Thanks ❤️🙏🏻☀️

    you're my favorite, bird! sometimes i do a yoga routine on youtube and end up feeling more irritated and annoyed by the end of it because of the person leading it, but i can always count on feeling more relaxed and flexible after your videos

    I love this yoga exercise. It's one of the best and most simple and easy yoga videos, especially for age 50 and up. It's gentle on the spine and body overall! I highly recommend it.

    Fabulous series of poses for restoration needs. I have chronic pain from CRPS and my left arm is dramatically weakened. Just getting back into my passion for yoga. Ive missed it.
    I woke up in severe pain today, but gave this a go to see if i could move past it. I feel so much better.
