    One thing I appreciate is your moments of quiet. Lots of other yoga leaders talk about calm, but they talk so much that it's hard to find it.

    As a 20-something who has a full systemic autoimmune disease and history of ovarian cancer my body is STIFF all the time! This has helped so much. I even got my fiancee to start doing this with me and it's been so helpful for the both of us. Thank you so much!

    Thank you for this. I really appreciate that this really is for people who are stiff (I have arthritis). Many yoga teaches seem to have completely forgotten (or perhaps never knew) what stiff feels like. This little sequence is the first time I’ve really “got” and enjoyed yoga, rather than experiencing it as a series of poses I can’t do and feel a failure for not achieving. So thank you 😘 and namaste 🙏

      I agree, I feel like other yoga videos are only for people with already healthy bodies and they don't know what it's like for simple movements to be painful.

    After years of hating my body and what's happened to it, the freedom of letting body parts be heavy, and letting my stomach band feel tight and finding movement and joy in my vessel made me cry. You provide such peace and calm that I feel safe to be myself. Without doing your videos, I feel so much worse during the day. Thank you for giving me safety ❤

    I actually like doing yoga surprisingly. Usually, with other videos I give up halfway through or become bored however now I'm doing more than 3 yoga videos a night and I just realized this. In the end, you're so calm, but you're also addicted. This is like a drug.

    every time I’m sore from a workout I try and find a perfect video to just stretch without doing too much and honestly this one was perfect! the first video ever that when it was over I was like “It’s over?!” lol so thank you and now my body is ready ✨

    I’ve tried yoga quite a few times, but this is the first time where I went “Oh wow” when getting into these poses, I feel great and could literally feel years of stress and stiffness melting. For the first time I’m eager to keep consistent with it so the results get more and more beneficial. Thank you. :)

    I was frustrated unable to find a workout especially since I'm unable to go to the gym, and my workout was messed up. I chose to end up with a 10 minutes yoga. Absolutely greatful.

    I’ve never thought about yoga till today your Chanel is one of the best I’ve come across so far, I’m really happy I gave it a try I felt my body releasing all the tension kept in from a long day at work and from my workout session I didn’t think my body could be this flexible 😂 I’m definitely continuing

    On a day like this when my muscles are extremely sore from yesterday’s intense workout this routine really helps. Short enough I don’t feel I’m pushing myself too much, and pauses to relax and breathe, and yet I’m stretching my muscles to release tension.

    this was so nice! I spent the whole week trying to catch up all of my schoolwork before winter break without doing much movement so I was really stiff by the end of it and this really helped! I love your channel! :)

    I practice with one of your videos almost everyday. I place my mat in front of the television first thing in the morning. And then I don't put it away until I have completed at least ten minutes. Sometimes it is late in the evening when I get around to it, but I almost always do. Thank you so much for being a voice of calm in my life.

      Im not sure why, your doctor might. Skip the pose for now you shouldnt continue poses if they mske you dizzy❤️

      Thank you! My dad bought it from someone second hand and he gave it to me. It came as a full bedroom set, its super antique. The table in this video i ended up painting white as the pieces were all aged pretty yellow. I gave up on painting the rest so they’re still yellow😂 hope to sand them all down one day to bring it back to life and get it to feel more antique again rather than flat white.

    this was one of the most peaceful beginner friendly yoga I've ever done. I'm kinda new to this and not once during this did I feel stressed out or on edge, it allowed me to completely unwind and destress. thank you, namaste

    I love the natural flow of this yoga stretch. Perfect for finding bodily peace before bedtime. I had a particularly difficult day today and this was the perfect length and calmness so that I didn't feel overwhelmed today.. thank you.

    i’ve literally never done yoga in my life, but my body’s been getting very stiff lately due to sitting and crocheting for long periods. it was particularly bad today but following along with this video helped so much. it felt great and i love how calming it is too. thank you!!! will be doing yoga regularly now

    this is what I needed. I was looking for a way to be more present in the moment. then I felt the urge within myself to do yoga again and I found your video. thank you so much. I love the style of your videos, the way you take/let me take the time for these light exercises are perfect to get started with yoga again. I also use this as a warming up for my workout.

    Such a great little sequence, and exactly what I needed after not doing yoga for months and feeling so achey and sore and uncomfortable. It stretched me without being too much for my body to handle. Will be my go-to for the next few weeks at least to build up my stamina and ability.

    Wow! This was absolutely fantastic! I have bulging discs in my spine and I have double jointed hip joints so this really helped to get rid of the stiffness and tension in those areas. I feel a lovely sense of relief in those parts 🎉thanks so much Bird - so thankful for you. Blessings 🙏🏻✨💛

    I have added this flow to my workout and it's amazing. I notice I'm less tense during the day and my back hasn't been as stiff at night so I fall asleep faster. I am so glad I came across this practice!!
