    One thing I appreciate is your moments of quiet. Lots of other yoga leaders talk about calm, but they talk so much that it's hard to find it.

    As a 20-something who has a full systemic autoimmune disease and history of ovarian cancer my body is STIFF all the time! This has helped so much. I even got my fiancee to start doing this with me and it's been so helpful for the both of us. Thank you so much!

    Before i did this, i felt like a slug, i could not get out of bed and my legs and head were KILLING ME so i thought to my self, "maybe if i do a 10 minute yoga session i will feel a bit better?" So i searched up "yoga 10 minutes, and this was the first thing that popped up, i decided to try it, and within half of it, I felt SO much better my legs almost completely stopped hurting and i felt less overwhelmed and i felt like i was back to my normal self again. Thank you.

    Thank you for this. I really appreciate that this really is for people who are stiff (I have arthritis). Many yoga teaches seem to have completely forgotten (or perhaps never knew) what stiff feels like. This little sequence is the first time I’ve really “got” and enjoyed yoga, rather than experiencing it as a series of poses I can’t do and feel a failure for not achieving. So thank you 😘 and namaste 🙏

      I agree, I feel like other yoga videos are only for people with already healthy bodies and they don't know what it's like for simple movements to be painful.

    After years of hating my body and what's happened to it, the freedom of letting body parts be heavy, and letting my stomach band feel tight and finding movement and joy in my vessel made me cry. You provide such peace and calm that I feel safe to be myself. Without doing your videos, I feel so much worse during the day. Thank you for giving me safety ❤

    Bird, I love you. I have done this yoga routine probably over 20 times after a work out or intense hike and it has always brought my body back to life. You are helping a lot of people with these videos. God bless.

    I’ve tried yoga quite a few times, but this is the first time where I went “Oh wow” when getting into these poses, I feel great and could literally feel years of stress and stiffness melting. For the first time I’m eager to keep consistent with it so the results get more and more beneficial. Thank you. :)

    I actually like doing yoga surprisingly. Usually, with other videos I give up halfway through or become bored however now I'm doing more than 3 yoga videos a night and I just realized this. In the end, you're so calm, but you're also addicted. This is like a drug.

    I was frustrated unable to find a workout especially since I'm unable to go to the gym, and my workout was messed up. I chose to end up with a 10 minutes yoga. Absolutely greatful.

    every time I’m sore from a workout I try and find a perfect video to just stretch without doing too much and honestly this one was perfect! the first video ever that when it was over I was like “It’s over?!” lol so thank you and now my body is ready ✨

    Thank you for this five minute morning routine. I am recovering from a trimalleolar fracture and prior to that I had health issues with a hyperactive thyroid. so all of this routine that you did this morning I really had problems with it, in terms of sitting because my ankle is not fully functional. I’ve been immobilized for about four months. I appreciate you are doing such simple, basic starter morning routine. also at the end about being mindful and grateful for the vessel of our/my body. I feel frustrated with myself because of the immobilization and recovery and my joint not fully mobile/functional plus dealing with the pins and plates in ankle. I am not worried about making a full recovery just aware of, how I was physically strong and healthy & flexible and I think that many times I took it for granted, and to give me some of the basic stuff what I thought was always basic and easy I discovered this morning it isn’t, when our body is hurt or injured. so I appreciate it a simple routine it was challenging for me, but I know that it’s a start and step on the continuous path of good health

    I've spent the day crouched on a chair with anxiety studying for an exam i have tomorrow, and tried this practice to hopefully release some accumulated fension. Honestly, it's one of the best practices I've ever tried and it did so much for me both physically and emotionally in just 10 mijutes😭😭😭 thank you so much

      Im not sure why, your doctor might. Skip the pose for now you shouldnt continue poses if they mske you dizzy❤️

      Thank you! My dad bought it from someone second hand and he gave it to me. It came as a full bedroom set, its super antique. The table in this video i ended up painting white as the pieces were all aged pretty yellow. I gave up on painting the rest so they’re still yellow😂 hope to sand them all down one day to bring it back to life and get it to feel more antique again rather than flat white.

    I am disabled and haven’t really worked out or done anything since my disability entered my life. I went from a top high school athlete to simple walks were hard. I really appreciate the accessibility and lack of judgement throughout this. While I wish I could say I came in and killed it, this hard moments that were difficult not having used my body in that way in years but it felt amazing even through the more difficult parts and I am proud of how I did

    On a day like this when my muscles are extremely sore from yesterday’s intense workout this routine really helps. Short enough I don’t feel I’m pushing myself too much, and pauses to relax and breathe, and yet I’m stretching my muscles to release tension.

    I practice with one of your videos almost everyday. I place my mat in front of the television first thing in the morning. And then I don't put it away until I have completed at least ten minutes. Sometimes it is late in the evening when I get around to it, but I almost always do. Thank you so much for being a voice of calm in my life.

    I’ve never thought about yoga till today your Chanel is one of the best I’ve come across so far, I’m really happy I gave it a try I felt my body releasing all the tension kept in from a long day at work and from my workout session I didn’t think my body could be this flexible 😂 I’m definitely continuing

    I love your videos! I have scoliosis plus arthritis in my back, and my body had gotten to the point that every task hurt. I have always loved yoga, and how gentle it is on the body.     This video was so helpful! I was recommended a different TH-camr for yoga but their 10 minute video wanted me to do downward dog, and as someone who has never done yoga before it was very difficult. Trying to follow that video a couple times over the course of a week didn't help. I could follow along so easily here, and I was never struggling at any point! Thank you!!

    I have added this flow to my workout and it's amazing. I notice I'm less tense during the day and my back hasn't been as stiff at night so I fall asleep faster. I am so glad I came across this practice!!
