Carve out the time, my friends! Let me know how your practice went in the comment section below! "And still, after all this time, The sun never says to the earth, "You owe Me" Look what happens with A love like that. It lights the Whole Sky" -Hafiz
Great practice, thanks. I was a little sore after in my lower back, maybe I need an extra practice later on to relax! I guess Benji is always in the right spot, jaja loved it!
Johanna G hi! I’m a yoga teacher and have had three babies, this is a wonderful practice for expectant mamas. Be mindful of twists with baby in there and some of the hip openers as pregnancy hormones make them a little more flexible, but other than that this is great for releasing pressure off the lower back when baby is weighing on you!
Dear Adrienne, My daughter did your videos every day for many years. We often did some together. She died suddenly from an undetected heart condition last year before her 26th birthday. This year on her birthday I did Yoga for Vulnerability, and felt her close to me. Thank you for the beautiful effect you had in her life. I miss her every day. Until I see her again. Bless you in your gift to this hurting world.
@@thewow1239 Thank you for your care. It’s called arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy. We’ve learned it is a genetic inherited condition, (my husband’s family has several who passed away young) but we had no prior knowledge of it.
@@melissanelson1047 I’m so sorry for your loss, but glad that you find comfort and closeness in Adriene’s videos. Also thank you for sharing your daughter’s condition. As a 25 year old with unchecked heart palpitations I had no idea it could be that serious.
This made me smile. I hope that every time you do yoga, she is with you in one way or another. I wish you nothing but health and happiness in the future :)
My chiropractor sent me this video to help with my chronic lower back pain. Just wanted to let you know; five years later, and you're still helping people. 💕
And people, don’t forget to recognize great yoga instructors on TH-cam like Adrienne, who not only gives us great videos, but doesn’t add extra monetizing for herself by interrupting the video with intermittent commercials. Thank you Adriene! Great video todaY, just what i needed.
This video taught me that in my old age, I have to take better care of my old body. Then I remember I’m 26 and I shouldn’t be this tense. Thank you for your work, I didn’t know that’s what a loose lower back feels like.
@@quart2knee 80 is old age according to who? what i consider old age is 150 and older, i think from the bible, people in genesis lived well beyond 100, up to 960. this can still happen by having God in your life. you make your life and environment through your words.
I am 28 haha. I just had an extremely tense lower back from bodyboarding. I realized that with age, it takes much longer time to recover! Should keep doing more yoga (and Adriene is one of the best!) and also take care of ourselves. It takes a few moments to catch a cold or hurt yourself and then at least one week or longer to get better!!!
Adriene, do you ever think about the hundreds of thousands of “Namastes” that are whispered your way everyday? I hope you do. Thank you for your light.
Experiencing a severe backpain for last 6 weeks. Visited chiropractor several times. Changes my mattress to extra firm, pillow to one with a special form, sleep with ordinary pillow between my knees. Started acupuncture. Drinking turmeric and other detoxing liquids. This exercise on my rooftop with San Francisco with Cityhall view is the best last step in this chain! 🙏🏼Namaste!
It may sound weird, but I always like how you tell us to keep breathing in harder positions. Because I always hold my breath in those positions, and you help me with reminding me to keep breathing and keep staying relaxed:)
It's 5am and I searched how to stretch lower back and hips, as I'm almost in tears from pain. I watched this first before trying it (and read all the positive comments). I couldn't stretch as far, and it hurt every muscle. After laying on my back for 5 minutes before getting up, I could feel how my back was stretched. I've never done yoga before. Today, I subscribed to this channel, as my back feels instantly 50% better. Thank you so much!!
@@timmfrey hi Freya. Yes it has! I actually do it every morning, and then again before I go to bed, as I work second shift and I stand all day. It has really helped. The first week and a half, it was sorta tough to do bc I still couldn't stretch that far (and I can't stretch all the way still but I've gotten better!) But it really does help. Every now and then I have to do it in the middle of the day, if I step wrong our sit wrong, but yes it does!
I started following her 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with a disc herniation. 5 years strong! I feel I would not be near as fit if I hadn’t found YWA. She literally saved my body and mind because, as you know, pain can run your life if you let it.
@@lizawhyz I do understand!! My pain was unbearable! Thanks for commenting.. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one she's helped! 5 years.. I'll be hoping to be doing it that long also! I show everyone how to do this bc it has helped me so much!
Just to say a huuuge thank you Adrienne. I had severe, all consuming pain down the back of my legs and hips for nearly 2 years (only those who have had it know what I mean!). Tried (almost) everything to sort it, but without luck. Thankfully my wife pointed me in your direction. I did this yoga routine twice daily, as well as extra glute bridge exercises, and gentle walking. Within a month I was 50% better. It's a year on now and I still regularly do your yoga and plank and glute bridge exercises - and I'm also back to hiking in the beautiful Swiss mountains pain free. I think strength training and activating weak muscles are key. Many thanks for pointing the way out of my predicament Adrienne - massively appreciated. With best wishes, Henry
I’m 71 and was missing my yoga classes so, so much! This is one of my most important discoveries for getting through C19 days. Thx to my awesome daughter-in-law for sending me this link! So grateful for Adriene!
I work at an in-patient rehab unit for individuals with substance use disorder and I started to incorporate your videos into some of my groups. The patients really enjoy your style as do I, your positivity is so contagious...and we all love Benji :)
I am not very flexible so I love the fact that Adriene emphasises on the feeling rather than the yoga posture. Bec all my life I’ve heard “you’re not doing it right” instead of just be where you want to be and feel the sensation 🥺 I’m grateful for you Adriene, you don’t make me feel guilty anymore 🥺💕 Love all the way from india
I feel the exact same way! I like Adriene's teaching more than anyone else on TH-cam because she always makes me feel good even though I'm one of the most inflexible people out there...
Adrienne, I am so thankful for you always being here on TH-cam. I do not know what I would do without you and your teachings. I am Tanya Mark, I am a 33 year old single mom, who was addicted to drugs and alcohol for most of my life. Your videos have helped me to get through some of the most challenging times in my life. With your help, I was able to reconnect with my son after 8 years of being lost in darkness and addiction. You inspired me to take care of myself and I absolutely love you!! Thank you your God sent.
You have transformed my idea of yoga!! I have been trying your videos for a few weeks now and I feel so much more centered and relaxed. My family says I've grown a few inches because my posture is so much better and my tension has been dramatically released! I even got my dad (the stiffest person I know.... poor guy) to try this video and now he's determined to use your videos a few times a week. Benji is amazing, you are amazing, and I feel amazing. Thank you so so much for what you do!
Making use of it finally takes away the horrible feeling of sciatica pain and the stress it gives on my back. Checking the web is an excellent approach to find out more about the BackPainRelief9.blogspot.kr back pain guide. This performs wonderful for side or back sleeping, for between or below the knees. Helps my hip pain and it`s comfy.
Adrienne I don't know if you realize how many people you have touched. You make me feel better every time I practice with you. The tips you give can change evreything for me both in poses and attitude. Thank you for your warm generousity. I love your goofiness too!
I am a 35 recovering addict and battling cervical cancer my life has been one hell of a journey and Adriene has change it. Not only get in tune with my body but dig deep into my soul and mental awareness. I AM SO GRATEFUL THANK YOU ADRIENE! HEAD OVER ❤
I like the yoga exercises but more so I liked how you kept it real. Because too many people try to be perfect in yoga and I loved how you started singing rock with you lol
I always come back to this video. I do yoga for periods of time, sometimes few months, and then quit (don't ask why) and when my body is all stiff and hurting again, this is the video that brings me back to practice. I think I need to do this practice once a week 😊
I come back to this video every time I feel tightness in my lower back. I've been following Adriene for six years now and I can't count the number of benefits she has brought to my life.
The practices for days 3 and 4 have been really fitting. Yesterday the little PE practice helped me roll out of bed after my nap. And today I could tend to my achy back. Have a nice day everyone :)
Thank you for this particular series of moves! The pacing is perfect for a woman of 67, and the transitions from one position to the next draw deep laughter at times. Perhaps with practice I won't be surprised into laughter, and dignity will prevail.
I can't thank you enough. My lower back pain was bothering me to the point where I could no longer ignore it. Not only did you give me relief but you also took away my anxiety and worry. I'm very grateful for you, your time and energy.
I'm 62. Woke up with mild pain in my midsection (hard to identify the exact spot), and found your video. The pain is now gone. You're adorable, by the way. Thank you.
Adriene on cold medicine is just what I needed today. Also that Benji shot?! This may be my favorite video so far for entertainment value alone :) Oh, yeah, and my back feels great.
Dear Adrienne and Benji. Today is Cinco De Mayo 2024. I recently closed out a cycle of being with a Narcissist and in the end when you said the put your left hand on your heart and right hand in your stomach all these emotions released immediately. It was so healing. I had no idea I was holding onto those emotions. My new stray dog who adopted me immediately came to kiss my tears😢. It reminded me of my last doggo who passed 1.5 years ago. Everything is perfect and according to the will of God and the Universe. Thank you for this yoga session on an easy Sunday morning. 🙏🏽✌🏽☺️😌🕉️💝❤️🩹I’m so thankful for this moment.
In case you are interested in learning how to let go of more pain so you continue to feel more and more free, read The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer. Peace and love to you.
I was diagnosed with depression 5 months ago. Still on medications. Last week, it was rough. I was relapsing. My whole house was a freaking mess. 60% of my plants died of neglect. This week, I’ve been doing these videos every other day and each time I finish a yoga practice, I feel lighter, happier. Thank you Adriene! Please keep doing what you do. 😘
My Mom and I are doing yoga together every day for over a week now, it's one of the best things in quarantine. We live far apart but thanks to Adriene we meet virtually every day to exercise together :) Best thing for body, mind and soul in these difficult times. Thank you Adriene for all your videos
My daughter and I have been doing yoga together (in different houses) since Covid started. Today she called me and said "I need yoga. Want to do yoga "together"?" She motivates me. I'm always SO glad when I do yoga.
Miss Adrienne, as I have said before. You are just the most amazing young, fun and beautiful yoga instructor. Canada says thank you!!! I’m a 65 year old girl enjoying every moment of my day with your classes. Sadly I need a knee replacement due to injuries when I was 35. This for the first time in my life has created the most painful hamstrings. I continue to bike, walk, eat from my garden and now home yoga. Move it or loss it is my mantra!!! You “are” a great chose for every age!! Ruth
I've been doing yoga with Adriene for 2-3 years now, if i remember correctly I started during the pandemic. Adriene has helped me so much, and while I have never commented before, now it felt like the time. Thank you so much Adriene, you and yoga help me so much with everything. I love how yoga with Adriene feels, just like Adriene says herself, tending to the mind and body at the same time: I've thought several times how doing yoga and hearing Adriene talk feels like small pieces of theraphy, and how it is at the same time loving, kind, funny and healing. Sometimes I even put on a video and (if the day is like that) just lay on the mat, but I still want to have the video on to hear Adriene's calming voice. Thank you so much for everything you do, it is priceless. Sending much love to you Adriene, and Benji, and everyone practicing in the community
This video may have been made some time ago, but YWA videos remain evergreen. I have practiced this session before, but today, when Adriene encourages viewers to leave something on the mat that you no longer need, I vividly imagined the weight of self-comfort and protection in which I had been wrapped, sleeping, for years, slide off of me. Today I leave the mat a lighter person, alert and ready to crush this transformational journey. Thank you, YWA community! ❤️
My last 2 days have been stressful and this helped immensely to alleviate my emotional and physical mood. Yoga is a cure-all for leaving behind stuff that clings.Namaste🙏🏻
Yay! Yoga is amazing. I'm glad you feel better. Yoga 🧘🏾♀️ and a chakra/meditation cured my ovulation headache yesterday. Nice to meet you. Namaste and Ase 🦋 ♥️🦋
I’ve practiced this flow for years here and there and every time Adriene has me busting out laughing when she says “…youre not at work…YET.” LOL Anyone who happens to read this, I hope you have a wonderful practice and day! ❤
First time back on mat after 10 days, (had to let my beautiful dog Kila go to rainbow bridge) couldn’t face doing anything without her. Then this morning an email letter from Adriene which gave me the support and push I needed to get back to the mat and start looking after myself again. It’s a small step but I’m heading in the right direction. Thank you. xx
I actually got some (happy? sad? emotional!) tears in my eyes during the quiet parts. I've been carrying so much tension both internally and externally, that release was needed. Thank you!
Blessed Beloved Beauties! It is so sweet to return to this session for Bloom Day - 4. I always appreciate a back support practice. Often, tension resides in the back during stressful times. I choose to leave the stress on the mat and permit it to transform into something positive. Ironically, I spoke of my late Father, Barry, and late Big Brother, Marcus, in my previous post. I thought of them during my practice when Adriene instructed the swimming posture, which felt really good. By-the-way, my Dad tried to teach me how to swim at age 13, and I didn't want to get my hair wet, lol! 😂 He said, "Put your head under the water and hold your breath." It is still a goal today in his honor. I recall my Big Brother swimming at a local pool during a family outing, and he dove in 12 feet trying to show off. Life guards had to assist him. Thank God he was okay. I think of those precious memories of them and smile. 😊
I was having such a crap day, so I decided to take a beat and do this yoga routine and it made such a difference! The yoga itself was fantastic, but Adriene’s adorable personality really helped pick my day up. I doubt she’ll ever see this- but wanted to attempt a ‘thank you’ for helping me on a rough day
I did this session because it was the first one that popped up. Your guidance to remain aware and references to love touched my soul. I wept some during the session realizing the hip excercises were helping my solarplexus, and heart as well. Thank you for your loving support. ❤❤❤
Really enjoyed this one for right before bed. I had a crushing injury to my hips and lower spine as a child, so this sort of practice is much needed to keep me moving. Thanks, Adriene!
Im not a yoga girl, i just came here because i have lowback pain and I can’t believe I spent the whole time doing this, i always thought yoga was just a dumb thing to do, I WAS WRONG! I feel brand new! Omg! Thank soooo much for this my back my whole body feels renewed again. ❤️
I'm a yoga teacher, too like Adrienne (who is phenomenal!) That's why its' so popular there is no such "yoga girl" it's a stereotype that has been pushed by marketers to sell yoga pants, blocks etc. Glad you tried it and overcame the stereotype. Yoga is about such openness to what is and being present without preconceptions.
As a dude I felt silly at first until my hockey pains went away! Love the strength and mindful parts to yoga. As I science guy i imagine the chakras are real just for the practice and it helps with the zoning out :)
That wide Baddha Konasana pose triggered something in me that I felt so much appreciation for my body and I started crying and smiling. Never experienced that before. Thank you for this! Your gifts are the best because no one can give anything better than a positive experience, in my opinion. I'm so grateful that I found you and your work. You're irreplaceable!
This is my go-to video after a long day at the desk. Ahhh.... I wake up so much more limber. Love the young feeling you help me retrieve from my 58-year-old muscles! Thank you for all!
I am 90% healed from a sciatica flare up. Loved this workout. It's strange comparing my back/hip flexibility before my sciatica issues and my flexibility now. Thank you!
My massage therapist has been recommending yoga for years. I eventually conceded and found "Yoga with Adriene". I just started 2 weeks ago and saw my massage therapist and she said my body did a complete turn around and this enabled the therapist to work deeper on my multiple problem areas. Severe accident 2004 which lead to cervical fusion twice (plates C2-C4) and along with injuries to back from lifting patients for over 30 years. I am well within my body weigh (157 and 5'9) and no other medical issues and excellent nutrition. A month ago, I ended up in a very compromised, debilitated position due to a kidney stone attack in which I "face planted into the floor and absolutely could not get up for 2 hours". It was just not the kidney stones, I was a lazy, debilitated person. Adriene, I appreciated the modified suggestions and I have not been pushing myself. But amazingly, my body is loosening up enough that I easily slide into some of the full positions in your workout. Thanks so much and love Benji!!!
Recently, my doctor diagnosed me with a dislocated tailbone (apparently from kickboxing -- ugh). When I found this video, I was doubtful. How could I do yoga if I couldn't even sit without pain? After only a couple of weeks practicing the poses in this video and some of the others, however, I am pain-free again. I now subscribe to Adriene's channel, and I'm working on one of her 30-day challenges. I'm going to be honest. When I first saw her, I thought she was just some stereotypical, American, wannabe yogi. I admit that I judged the young, pretty, white girl from Texas on appearances. I just know too many people in L.A. and San Francisco, who look a lot like Adriene (or the male equivalent), who are unbearably shallow and competitive -- even about yoga. My guard was up. The tea-drinking image in some of the videos seemed clichéd. The cute dog seemed like a gimmick. The "namaste" at the end made me cringe. Now it makes me cry. Adriene is the real deal. Her practice comes from a deep investment of learning. I especially appreciate how responsible she is with the well-being of all of these strangers on the Internet. I always feel safe. She's also just clearly a kind, wise human being. She currently has 8 1/2 million subscribers, and that seems low given what she is offering the TH-cam community. Thank you, Adriene. You don't know me, but you helped me.
I love your comment! Coming from India, I grew up with Yoga all around me. Then I somehow lost my touch with it once I moved to Europe. When I wanted to come back to it, I tried out virtually and in-person with many teachers. I agree with you about the cliches - the tea, the showy pronunciations of the names of asanas, and of course, 'Namaste' - they definitely made me cringe. But Adriene somehow got me hooked and I kept coming back time and again. It's just her philosophy - accepting yourself where you are today and letting the thoughts and failures be, without expectations to 'achieve the pose' and be perfect - this is what resonated with me and always keeps me grounded when I come on the mat. Not one day passes now when I don't want to get on the mat and do my yoga practice. Over the course of just a few months, i have noticed huge improvements in posture, breath capacity, anger management and even better productivity at work and home. I would want to continue practicing with Adriene and my fellow yogis for the rest of my life.
I have been following you for almost 10 years and have been not very regular lately. Woke up this morning and was super tight after a long day of walking around a city I'm in for work. As I started during the video, looking out my hotel window, I yelled "I'm in Austin!"❤ Thanks for making today the day I start feeling better.
ADRIENNE! After the Home 30 day journey I can almost get and stay in the low squat (feet on the floor) for the first time years! This wasn’t possible due to right ankle, calf, and hips! Thank you for teaching me such important things about yoga 1) it’s not about being as bendy as I used to be, 2) or knowing the proper names of poses 3) how healing it can be (both of mind, body, and spirit, and 4) we don’t come to the mat trying to become something we’re not already. Thank you for these gifts. You and your work are such a blessing (including your segways into song, sounds and movie references)!
I had my emotional yoga breakthrough during this session because of a tough breakup and week, thank you for continuing to teach people how to release any and all tensions they may have physically, emotionally, and mentally. :)
That was the best session I've ever had thanks Adriene. The whole practice was like a beautiful massage to the lower back and hips. For someone getting on in years who sits doing music all day long it was a gift. Thanks ❤
This is one of the best yoga exercises on youtube. Hit just the right spots. Thank you Adriene, you are making a difference much greater than you will ever realise.

@@loublou5886 oh my gosh that is AMAZING news!!! So happy for you, I'll be celebrating you all day long! My flights are going home from a business trip so something and somewhere good indeed! 🙏🥳❤
I’ve had lower back pain since my late teens (snowboard accident) and I am now 40. Yoga has ALWAYS been my go to for a lot of my ailments. It’s the only thing that’s helped my back. It pretty much goes from 7-8 for pain to 0 within about 2 weeks of 1 hr a day. I’ve had a couple other issues and yoga always helps. I cannot say enough about it, and as a man I really try to get the word out to my friends. I’m at an age where I don’t care what people say, I need to have a healthy body. Weight lifting is also great, but I always tend to get injured or strain something.. yoga is so gentle and works every time. Thank you Adriene, I’ve been following you for quite some time (among a couple others). I appreciate the work you put in.
Thank you Adriene for this practice and all that you do. I'm going through a period of loss and sadness but I step on the mat with you every day and that helps. Thank you again. Namaste 💕
I’ve neglected yoga for a while and have been going through a journey of disconnect between my mind and body. This has brought it back, and I found myself very emotional in parts. Especially that swimming movement. Such a release. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️
Some days I wake up and I feel rough then I think oh all I need is yoga with Adriene to cheer up! Thank you SO much, you are a goddess! I wish there was more of you in this world!
That was a brilliant yoga practice, my body feels so good now, and I feel ready to start my day. Thank you Adriene, even with a cold you are amazing! Wishing you and Benji all the best. See you tomorrow for more awesome yoga, Namaste! 🙏 🧡
I cannot begin to explain how amazing I feel after working through this video, and in general, how much your videos have helped my life. I have scoliosis and work with a PT on aligning my muscles and pelvis to a neutral position. When I am in a bad place, I find the right one of your videos, and bam-I am back to feeling rested, well, and healthy. Thanks for these videos and this one in particular today-I am able to rest easy and focus while working from home. Cheers from Atlanta!
I come back to this video time & time again. Feels so good & so enjoyable that it only feels like 10 minutes! Adriene is such a great teacher - down to earth, funny & understanding/kind about different people’s place on their yoga journey. Also there’s a dog. Which makes anything awesome. Thank you Adriene. ❤️ 🙏🏻
best Yoga teacher ever.....it's a yoga dance, movements are very smooth, and you just flow into the positions. Truly effortless yet effective. Thanks!!

This was a practice that in my heart I knew I needed. Thank you so much Adrienne for getting me through my healing journey these past 5 months. You’ve truly changed my life and any time I’m feeling down, you never fail to make me smile and laugh. Every single video! I really tried to leave something on the mat today that has not been serving me and that I’ve begged my mind to stop thinking about. Thank you for always being there for me 💛
I've been doing yoga for the 1st time in my life...I'm 40 and have been consistently doing your videos for 2 months...my hip and shoulder pain has almost completely gone away...my girlfriend is an avid yogi and she teaches me more every time we do it together..it brings us together and it's beautiful..thank you Adriene
I've been a dabbler in yoga on and off for the last couple of years and I just love your videos so much. I've never really had a steady yoga practice, but I've kept a fairly regular routine for the past week or so. I've mainly been using the videos for back pain and this video is perfect for me because my hips are also always very tight. Some health things that I've noticed already in a week of practice: 1. My resting heart rate has decreased significantly. I used to sit around 70-75. Now it's regularly in the low 60s and when I wake up in the morning it's in the low 40s! 2. My back does feel better. If I don't do a full video though, I find myself doing some basic stretches to ease the ache. 3. I left a pretty big burden on the mat today, and even though I know complete healing won't come with just one yoga practice, it was the first time that I even tried to let it go. And that's... a strange bittersweet feeling. Anyway, just want to say thanks to you, Adrienne. I'm so excited to continue finding what feels good and owning my practice!
That went by quickly and felt really good. In that modified badakonasana, my nose found my feet. Not sure that has happened before.😛 Energize day 19. 623 days in a row. Boost day 4. 942 days in a row.
That's awesome yoga buddy! I adored this session too. I don't know if you're a father and whether you Celebrate Juneteenth or not?! However, have an amazing day and Happy Father's Day! 🦋❤🦋
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I have started editing my most recent posts to add comments. That way, I can hopefully keep them in view each time they appear on the calendar. How are you?
@William B That's clever, my friend! I'm great. Although, I'm a busy bee.🐝 😅 What part of NC do you reside again? It slipped my mind. We're strongly considered moving despite the fact that we're home owners. SC lacks progression.
I started in with yoga with Adriene's 30 Days series back in August to help with health problems from too much desk job and anxiety. It has helped SO much with both! Now I'm working my way through her catalog. My anxiety is still troubling, especially when I have to travel, which is coming up in two days. But I did this session last night and had such a huge laugh when Benji showed up and plonked down on her leg, it was fantastic. Thanks to Adriene for putting in so much effort over so many years to share her practice, humor and joy with so many! It really has been infectious and helped me start to feel better. Love to her and everyone else.
Knew by the title I would love this practice , loved how it was mostly low to the group and slow cause I felt like I really connected to my breath to the lower back in all the poses , hope you all have a great day ❤
I discovered this one this morning,, and its one of my favourites.. I am now 12 days in of my 30 day yoga at home, challenge ! I already feel a difference!! Loving all the ones to choose from.. I love the frog, happy baby, windshield wiper legs, and other yummy poses and stretches ,all in this video.. Thank you Adriene for helping this stiff out of shape 53 yr old feel limber and flexible and strong again!!! Love these restorative stretchy practices
Thank you Adriene! Your way of teaching is inspiring. No rules, just sugestions, we find the best for us. I lought with your "you are not at work...YET" and with your joy at the final, singing. That's contagious. Thank you! Let's go work now, more happy 😊
You've helped me to understand that yoga doesn't have to be an intense hour plus session and it's given me a new love for practicing, so thank you so much for that. Just to get an idea of what I'm getting into, I like to watch each video at 2x speed before I do the routine, and when you started singing near the end? Perfect chipmunk voice! lol. That said, I've been off my yoga game and this is just what I've needed to motivate me get back into it! Thanks again! You're amazing :)
OPEN, day 10! I wanted to be lazy today and skip the practice and leave it for tomorrow. But I'm so glad I showed up on the mat though I was tired and not in the mood. I'm feeling so much better now. Thank you Adriene, as always. :) NAMASTE
While it wasn’t a “workout “ for me, I really appreciated these movements. It was a much needed stretch after a week of too many meetings on the computer. Thanks!
Adriene! Finally I have yogied my way through all of your 393 videos. It took me about 1,5 years - and it has truly been an amazing journey!!! But now I´m a bit sad, 'cause there ain't no more videos for me to do...you mentioned something about a programme you had on another site some years ago...what was that called? There is only one yoga teatcher for me - YOU! You are magic! Peace and love Namaste ^
Blessed Beloved Beauties! This was a super cool 😎 practice in celebration of Juneteenth and Father's Day! I miss my Dad whom elevated 9 years ago and my brother whom elevated 4 years ago. This session was internally and externally refreshing. I have completed this session numerous times. It's one of my favorites. It was so sweet to see it on the calendar. Well, I'm off to my loved ones memorial soon and urgent care. A cotton swab is stuck in my ear, ugh. This happened before. Stay away from cheap cotton swabs. Q-tips are better. @@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I bet you did! I've had a nice relaxing day with my grandaughter who is currently trying to do a headstand on my mat while watching TV at the same time 😆 It is late here so she will be going home soon. How about you? Isn't it 4th July weekend for you?
Day 4 of BLOOM and that was really helpful as a lot of my pain is almost always centred on my lower back. Anything that helps stretch that out is always awesome 🙏
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 hi sweetie friend 😘 hope you have a great run! I'm guessing you haven't seen the comment I left you yesterday. My scans are back!! I'm in complete remission 🙏🙏🙏🙏🥳🥳

I'd just like to say as a 17 year old who suffers from chronic pain which can get really bad in my hips and lower back this was amazing! My back doesn't feel as tight as it did this morning and it really helped to stretch out the pain. Just wish it was longer! Could of gone on with this for 30 minutes or more! Can't wait to try out your other yoga videos. I love to do yoga but sometimes find it isn't that effective but this video really helped! Love a new subscriber, Namaste
Loving the Bloom playlist. And Adriene, achieving the "inner smile" is super easy after I just sang out "..ALL NIGHT". I know I'm not the only one. LOL!! I'm gonna rock with you, with myself, and with anyone and everyone. 🤘🏼
Carve out the time, my friends! Let me know how your practice went in the comment section below!

Great practice, thanks. I was a little sore after in my lower back, maybe I need an extra practice later on to relax! I guess Benji is always in the right spot, jaja loved it!
Hi Adriene I love your videos they're very helpful and was wondering if you could make a yoga session on how to touch your toes?
Yoga With Adriene want to buy more your T-shirt ... have bought the yellow one, all the people say it is so beautiful in its color!
Love this video! Felt great. :)
Bless you in your gift to this hurting world.
awfully sorry to hear that. what was her heart condition?
@@thewow1239 Thank you for your care. It’s called arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy. We’ve learned it is a genetic inherited condition, (my husband’s family has several who passed away young) but we had no prior knowledge of it.
@@melissanelson1047 I’m so sorry for your loss, but glad that you find comfort and closeness in Adriene’s videos. Also thank you for sharing your daughter’s condition. As a 25 year old with unchecked heart palpitations I had no idea it could be that serious.
Blessings to you. Please know that this community is with you every time you practice. Namaste
This made me smile. I hope that every time you do yoga, she is with you in one way or another. I wish you nothing but health and happiness in the future :)
My chiropractor sent me this video to help with my chronic lower back pain. Just wanted to let you know; five years later, and you're still helping people. 💕
Can’t get enough. You’re a life saver miss Adriene ❤ 23:20
What happened to her?
I think you just answered my question. I am seeing my chiropractor this afternoon. I just commented above ;D😘
You must have a good chiro. Mine doesn't tell me much at all about my back pain. But I'm finding regular yoga with adriene is really helping!
That's wonderful to hear! Both for your back and that it actually works.
And people, don’t forget to recognize great yoga instructors on TH-cam like Adrienne, who not only gives us great videos, but doesn’t add extra monetizing for herself by interrupting the video with intermittent commercials. Thank you Adriene!

Oh my Gahd yes haha. First time to do yoga and I'm feeling a lot better
Agreed!!!
needleseye indeed
Yessss
For real, just started her videos on Sunday and I've done three so far, and it's done WONDERS
This video taught me that in my old age, I have to take better care of my old body.
Then I remember I’m 26 and I shouldn’t be this tense. Thank you for your work, I didn’t know that’s what a loose lower back feels like.
LMAO
add prayer and praise to God and you have it completely. just a tip.
Old age??? 80 is old age
That’s a great thought. I’ve whispered it every day for the last four years! Namaste 🙏🏽
Because I always hold my breath in those positions, and you help me with reminding me to keep breathing and keep staying relaxed:)
th-cam.com/video/vP6KGOT64nA/w-d-xo.html
That doesn’t sound weird at all!
Bringing awareness into them with the breath can also cause a change in those areas.
Kris Kros Applesauce Hi, have you continued to use this routine? It sounds like I have similar pain to you. Has it helped ?
@@timmfrey hi Freya. Yes it has! I actually do it every morning, and then again before I go to bed, as I work second shift and I stand all day. It has really helped. The first week and a half, it was sorta tough to do bc I still couldn't stretch that far (and I can't stretch all the way still but I've gotten better!) But it really does help. Every now and then I have to do it in the middle of the day, if I step wrong our sit wrong, but yes it does!

I cried because I’d had a rough day and it felt really good
Just to say a huuuge thank you Adrienne.

Ditto Ginatus! It's nice to see you. I did yesterday's practice late, and my back was tight until this beautiful session. 😊
Thank you for this particular series of moves! The pacing is perfect for a woman of 67, and the transitions from one position to the next draw deep laughter at times. Perhaps with practice I won't be surprised into laughter, and dignity will prevail.
Oh my darling, I hope you never stop being surprised into laughter! Dignity is so overrated. 😊

Dear Adrienne and Benji. Today is Cinco De Mayo 2024. I recently closed out a cycle of being with a Narcissist and in the end when you said the put your left hand on your heart and right hand in your stomach all these emotions released immediately.
Your singing at the end brought the biggest smile to my face. Thank you for a lovely practice and a good time as always 💜
My last 2 days have been stressful and this helped immensely to alleviate my emotional and physical mood. Yoga is a cure-all for leaving behind stuff that clings.Namaste🙏🏻

First time back on mat after 10 days, (had to let my beautiful dog Kila go to rainbow bridge) couldn’t face doing anything without her. I actually got some (happy? sad? emotional!) tears in my eyes during the quiet parts. I've been carrying so much tension both internally and externally, that release was needed. Thank you!
How great is that feeling of release!?

Wow- judgemental much?
Yes, I was before discovering Adriene. I’m very grateful to her for that, as well as for helping me with my pain.
@@leemarshall354 you really missed the whole point of her comment, eh?

Your transitions are so smooth! 🌊

Thank you 🙏🏻❤️
Your videos have helped me SO MUCH with my back and body pains after being in a car crash. I just want to thank you so much for your videos.
Thanks!
I'm not so flexible so this was tough for me but I definitely feel more opened up! Hoping I can really commit to this daily practice this Bloom May
You can do this Marion you are strong !
This is such a great place to start! You got this 🎉 keep going…give yourself this loving gift ❤
Some days I wake up and I feel rough then I think oh all I need is yoga with Adriene to cheer up! Thank you SO much, you are a goddess! I wish there was more of you in this world!
That felt so good that I immediately restarted the video and did it again. Definitely one to return to to give some love to my lower back. Thank you
That's kindness. You're such an incredible beautiful being Adrienne. So gentle, hearing you feels like à hug. Thank you.
That was a brilliant yoga practice, my body feels so good now, and I feel ready to start my day. Thank you Adriene, even with a cold you are amazing! Wishing you and Benji all the best. See you tomorrow for more awesome yoga, Namaste! 🙏 🧡
Hope you are feeling a little better today 💕
@@loublou5886 yes thank you I am feeling much better. I hope you are feeling OK?
@@fluffyross2297 that's good to hear :) I'm not feeling too bad thankyou. Better for stretching my back out for sure 💞
@@loublou5886 I'm glad your doing OK. 😀 yeah stretching is good. 👍
Exactly what I needed today!
best Yoga teacher ever.....it's a yoga dance, movements are very smooth, and you just flow into the positions. Truly effortless yet effective. Thanks!!

Adriene🌷 💝you make the world a better place.💗💗🙏🏾
Some health things that I've noticed already in a week of practice:
Not sure that has happened before.😛
Energize day 19. 623 days in a row.
Boost day 4. 942 days in a row.
That's awesome yoga buddy! I adored this session too. I don't know if you're a father and whether you Celebrate Juneteenth or not?! However, have an amazing day and Happy Father's Day! 🦋❤🦋
Waw ! Amazing and so inspiring 😊💗
Every time I do this and finally relax at the end my back pops! It’s an amazing relief to my back issues!!!
Knew by the title I would love this practice , loved how it was mostly low to the group and slow cause I felt like I really connected to my breath to the lower back in all the poses , hope you all have a great day ❤
Hope you have a great day too Victoria !!
I'm still a day ahead, helping my body to stretch out, post virus, and as my energy begins to pick up. Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
Liz Beardmore wishing you a safe recovery ⭐️💫🌻
I discovered this one this morning,, and its one of my favourites.. I am now 12 days in of my 30 day yoga at home, challenge ! I already feel a difference!! Loving all the ones to choose from.. I love the frog, happy baby, windshield wiper legs, and other yummy poses and stretches ,all in this video.. Thank you Adriene for helping this stiff out of shape 53 yr old feel limber and flexible and strong again!!! Love these restorative stretchy practices
🍓😍🥰
Thanks!
Adriene, your videos are lifesavers, it’s crazy every time I do yoga with u every problem disappears
Peace and love
Namaste ^
My back feels so great after this video. Great therapy! Thank you
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Anywho, Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤❤🦋
Ouch! Hope you got that sorted and enjoyed the rest of your day 😍
@@loublou5886 Bless up Yogi friend! I did. I was in and out of urgent care in less than 20 mins. 😁
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 that's awesome if your urgent care is similar to ours! Glad it worked out so well for you 🥰
@@loublou5886 Thanks! I felt relieved once it was pulled out. How's your Saturday going?
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I bet you did! I've had a nice relaxing day with my grandaughter who is currently trying to do a headstand on my mat while watching TV at the same time 😆 It is late here so she will be going home soon. How about you? Isn't it 4th July weekend for you?
I needed this and then it left me feeling so full of gratitude that I shed a tear. Thank you YWA world & namaste to everyone. 🙏❤
I am struggling with my lower back pain and trust me I felt the stretch on every pose you did ! This was really amazing thank you !!
seriously I love this woman so much.
Day 4 of BLOOM and that was really helpful as a lot of my pain is almost always centred on my lower back. Anything that helps stretch that out is always awesome 🙏
Happy Thursday, LouBlou! It's so great to see you! I'm glad this session helped you. Now, I'm ready for a run 🏃🏿♀️ and weight training.💪🏾
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 hi sweetie friend 😘 hope you have a great run! I'm guessing you haven't seen the comment I left you yesterday. My scans are back!! I'm in complete remission 🙏🙏🙏🙏🥳🥳
Wishing you much relief, Lou.
@@loublou5886 I'm just getting an opportunity to respond to TH-cam comments. Life is so busy! I responded to one earlier. I am so happy for you. 😁🤗🥰
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I just saw! Busy is always good. Time drags when you waste it doesn't it. Enjoy the rest of your day. Im looking forward to tomorrow as my feeding tube finally comes out as long as there are no unforeseen problems
CrazySweetGirl look into Dr John Sarnos work if you have chronic pain 😘
Loving the Bloom playlist. And Adriene, achieving the "inner smile" is super easy after I just sang out "..ALL NIGHT". I know I'm not the only one. LOL!! I'm gonna rock with you, with myself, and with anyone and everyone. 🤘🏼
