    I followed zumba, diet, other exercises for almost 1.5 to 2 years now. I have another comment on this video when I had just started this video. Today after so much time I am commenting again. I was 94kg earlier and today I am 69kg. Targetting 58kg. I hope I can reach that soon and guys, don't lose hope. If I could do it, you can too. Trust me, you can. All the best guys. ❤❤

    Thank you for new videos! I lost 2kg in 2 weeks doing this. After searching whole youtub for workout, this is the best for me! Fun, effective, not making me want to faint, good music ( pls insert more korean music), and a pretty coach! Just i find it hard to do the belly workout that fast😂

    I have PCOS and I really want to have a baby again way back last 2021 I've got pregnant and now she's turning 1yr old this cuming July. This video helps me a lot in many ways. Before im 80kg and now im 55.. I'm so grateful for this video. You can do it if you have self Decipline, exercise and diet and most of all dont forget to ask God. You know It's really hard to get pregnant especially when you have PCOS.

    You know Eva im 62 years old, you would not believe me , but i do your workouts, i love it , it helps against depression, ive been working out from the age of 20 years its the best medicine there is to do exercise, so thank you, your very good , i save all your workouts and enjoy doing them, you go girl

    I followed this zumba workout, a few free hand exercises and 30mins dance and sometimes walking. I also maintained a strict diet. And...I lost 3kg in a month. I am very thankful to you for such a good and active zumba workout. Gonna continue my weight loss journey. This few kilos loss motivated me a lot. ☺❤❤

      @yanti setianingsih senam nya rutin setiap hari ini dan di tambah gerakan zumba lain (tetap mengikuti gerakan dari chanel inj). Jadi setiap sekali senam itu total waktu nya 1 jam.

    thank u so much for this routine, ive struggled for many years with exercise bc of mental health and i had covid which rlly messed with my body but ur routine was so easy to follow along to, i did the whole thing without feeling as much pain as i usually do. i cant thank u enough
