    These are some of the best aerobics videos online now. I especially like this one because there's a little more leg work than some of her other ones. I'm a SAHM with 2 little ones, and these are among my go-tos for a quick sweat. No wasting time with instructions or talking, they just get right to it and they make it fun with their high energy. Thanks ladies, keep em coming!

    ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! So much energy with just the 2 of you. I wasn't very motivated before starting my workout, but 5 minutes in I was feeling great! My body feels awake, energized, and ready to start my day. Thanks for another awesome workout!

    Eu ainda não sei se vou emagrecer com esses exercícios, mas notei que eles ajudam quem tem dificuldades para ir ao banheiro. Depois que comecei a fazer os exercícios meu intestino está funcionando melhor.

    What I like about these workout videos is that it just gets straight to the workout. No talking and waiting etc. Just straight to it.

    Hello Mira this is my first dancing exercise that I followed you it's almost a year now. By the way I did introduce this dance with my friends and colleagues at work from saint cross hospital rugby Warwickshire England. So easy and love it. I keep repeating this dance move.     who is this this wearing black pants w/ zumba printed? I liked her moves and speed. 2x a day I’m doing all her videos 1 hour after wake up and 1 hour before bedtime.. I’m working as a ER nurse here in riyadh saudi.. It helps me to cope up this pandemic and worldwide crisis

    I have been following Mira Pham and her other lady instructors during lockdown in UK.... They have been a lifeline during this awful time. It's fantastic to see how some of the ladies, in the classes, have progressed and toned up since lockdown! I feel that I'm part of your class and wish I could be there🤸‍♀️
