for the people switching to a new workout: that is why you’re not getting results..you have to be consistent, not just for a week. “In two weeks you’ll feel it. In four weeks you’ll see it. In eight weeks, you’ll hear it.” *invest in your body* and eat better !! i see comments saying they gained more fat which is impossible, eat less, move more !

actually you shouldn’t follow the same workout everyday, since you’re gonna get used to it and stop seeing results. so switching is okay once the workout is no longer effective.

Things to know:
- I eat a banana for breakfast on weekdays (because I’m usually running late for school) Full lunch and dinner meals though
- I do other leg & belly workouts too (as said earlier)
- Every body is different! (Mine is rectangle)
- I have high metabolism/ectomorph
- I don’t do any other form of exercise (like sports) I only do workouts for an hour a day
- I stretch at night and throughout the day
- DRINK WATER! If you bloat, do bloating exercises (I do Gloria song’s)
- I’m a teenager
- 40 kg/ 87 pounds
About this workout:
- The Japanese method REALLY WORKS!! I just lay with my legs against the wall while doing something, such as listening to music or talking to friends

Week 3: I skipped 2 days because I started to do other exercises as well (yoga, Pilates and Chloe Ting 2023 challenge), but I can say for sure those exercises definitely work! My thighs now are 63cm, calves 37,5cm and it’s all thanks to this exercise (and calorie deficit). I will not update anymore but I recommend to do it so much 😊

So I've been doing this longer and i dont see now big difference i think it's bcs I did the same exercise every day and my body got used to doing it. If I can advise you, I would advise you to try a weekly plan from Shirlyn Kim ( I'm doing "For Teens _Get Taller & Slimmer Challenge" it's a 28 day plan and today I finished day 4)

hi everyone i just wanted to thank you all and oppserve for motivating me a lot and other channels i have discovered, i started to work out around August or October, i measured my leg and it was 49cm and i kept working hard and found motivating comments to help me push myself and remind myself not to give up so a few days ago i decided to measure my legs again, the final results were 42cm thank you so much everyone and i watched april han, oppserve, and home fitness challenge if you want to get really fast results pls get a really effective workout on each of them and do each of then twice a day, thank you!!

I really felt the burn in this workout and the stretch felt really good. I use to be tall for my age, now I'm avarage but even though I have a pretty good height but my legs look short. Especially in a mini dresses, can't wait to get results. I was using this for my leg day workout but she did say to do this every night so maybe I'll ad unto my leg days. Good luck everyone!
I encountered this video a while ago and I never skip a day every night on this workout. Although its not even a week yet but I'm sure this one works for me. The sore in my legs had disappeared after working out for the first time again. Now I'll be doing leg workout during the night only. I could actually see my legs are more light and free compare to before. Maybe I need a workout after all.
idk why but this workout is such a therapy session, find myself sorting through all my emotions of the day while I get my legs shaped up. 😂

Started it on 20/6/2023. (5x everytime, everyday for 1 week)
Thighs : 43cm (😭)
Calves : 31cm (😢)
Day 1 : ✅ (I love the burn. At night, I saw my thighs got 40 cm and calves are 28cm😍. This big change on the first day motivated me to keep going☺ So now -3cm.)
Day 2 : ✅ (It was a little easier and I again lost 3cm so now my thighs are 37cm and calves are 25cm😍)
Day 3 : ✅ (Like the past two days, I've lost 3cm. Now my thighs are 34cm and calves are 22cm☺💜)
Day 4 : ✅ (Now my legs look like how I wanted it to be but still it's not done yet. I've again lost 3cm. My thighs are now 31cm and calves are 19cm😍💜☺)
Day 5 : ✅ (Being the mirror for the past days, I have again lost 3cm. So my thighs are now 28cm and calves are 16cm.😮☺💜🔥)
Day 6 : ✅ (Waaaaahhh~ My thighs are 25cm and calves are 13cm. I am sooo happy☺💜)

A few tips for some people not seeing results, When I started exercising a year ago I had delt with a lot of muscle inflammation after pushing them too far, Making me loose will to continue, but after 1-2 days of letting my muscles relax, I saw them results and decided to just take it a bit easier too stop them from infaming as badly again,
I have unfortunately gained it back though so back to exercising 😢 😭
So far this specific tutorial seems to be working

Ok a bit of info bout me. I’m 15 ,59kg and a dancer who loves food and for some reason all that food went down into my thighs and now I have a pear shape body, which I’m fine with tbh but the size of my thighs has kinda gotten out of control that’s why I’m doing this workout
Edit-I completely forgot bc stuff happened but I’m back and ima do it now, I’m determined to get down my thighs and arms. I’m doing this while also dancing everyday so I’m hoping it will work faster
Day 1-✅it hurt a lot but I’m determined soo I will power through, watched a show while doing it and it helped.
Day 2 ❌ skipped, too tired
Day 3-✅- got through it while watching TikTok, got easier but stilll burns
Day 4-✅ nearly skipped but powering through,I’ve gone down 4cm from the original 58cm I was! I’m so happy as it gives me joy and motivation to keep going !

hello!! I just saw this workout and decided to do it! I don't have a measuring tape to measure myself, but I think if there is a change, I will notice it. Also i go 3x a week to the gym (I'm still a beginner but I do on machines for legs!! and cardio about 230calori) I drink a lot of water and walk about 8-10k steps every day; sometimes more. The worst copes with the diet (caloric deficit) but I hope that it will work!!

Day 1: 61 cm - I felt a little pain but not much compared to other exercises that I did.
Day 2: 60 cm - OMG! I woke up this morning and felt my legs were less heavy compared to the night before (I thought it was delusional). So, I decided to measure my thigh and it was 60 cm !! Today I did the workout x2 (morning and evening), cut the carb portion in my diet (less noddle and rice), step count = 4,000 (around the park).
Hi, sorry I had one week off for traveling overseas. I ate freely during that week so my thigh measurement now goes back to 61cm 😭. However, it is a chance to start a new routine that I can update you from the beginning.

1 week update: I’d definitely recommend! I now have a visible gap, though I will be continuing. I also did more workouts by the way, I’m 5‘1, 55kg, 13, and did this once a day evening including 3-5 other exercises with daily walks. I’m also having my period, so I’m experiencing bloating and water storage so I won’t be losing any weight until the 2nd or 3rd week update!

But overall this is an amazing workout! From my thighs being called "big" to "slim and long"would definitely recommend this workout 💗 GL everyone!! :))

finally finished a week!! idk if I can really see a difference but i can feel the burn

day 8: ✅ did it i really felt my legs burning and they hurt a little bit but it’s not that hard to do it!
day 9: ✅ doneeee people have told me i look more skinny recently and today I did some sports and I felt really light!
day 10: ✅ it didn’t hurt!! i feel my legs a little big more skinny just a tiny bit but I will keep doing this workout!

day 1:✅ it was easy i could feel the burn and it was so calming and i didn't really felt the time going,it was easy
