    I started doing your workouts in June 2020, starting with 15 mins thigh workouts, back workouts and arms exercises. I wasn't able to do any of your intense workouts or the longer ones; its been more than an year now and I have lost 17 kgs thanks to you. I can do hiit everyday for more than 100 minutes now, reduced my bmi to 19 and feel much healthier now. You are the first youtuber I followed and I couldn't have expected better results.       @@imanahsan2062 yeah I followed a 800 calorie diet for 2 months with 30 mins of daily exercise, then went on for a 1000 calorie diet with 50 mins of exercise everyday for about 2 months. I now eat about 1300 calories everyday and exercise around an hour everyday in both morning amd evening. Cut back on sugar and snacking for best results!

    I followed your workouts back in 2020 June and lost almost 20 kgs!! I've pcod and my weight increased A LOT in March-May 2020..I was 74 kgs and on a medication too..my doctor said that I've to lose weight to control my pcod..so I did your workouts and right now I am 53-54 kgs (it keeps fluctuating..I keep losing and gaining 1 kg..it's normal) and my pcod is in control too!!You are the first TH-camr I followed and I really love your energy too!!       @@sekimasumi4092 no. not unless u lift weights and do so much squats or strength training fr ur legs. they r important but u shld do them in limit. if u r confused wt workout u shld do in a day. u can check emi workout programs wre she will be giving the workout schedule fr 2 weeks, 28 days, 4 weeks and many more. there r many workout programs. u can choose them based on ur needs. and plus mostly emi's workout r fr woman which means they only tone and slim our body and not bulk it.

      @@melyndajoseph9482 it depends on many factors. I took 1 year to lose 17 kgs as I didn't follow diet most of the time and also I didn't know the right way of doing the exercise.

    Day 12: 2/1/2022 ✔ Although my thighs are getting more toned, I've noticed that I have a good deal of subcutaneous fat around my inner thighs that will probably take months (my body holds on to fat in my thighs) before I get it to where I want it. Long-term goal!!! We can do this!

    Day 14: 2/3/2022✔ The workout was getting easier now, so I decided to add resistance bands and I definitely felt the burn again - not just in the thighs but also the glutes!
    Day 15: 2/4/2022✔I did Gloria Song's knee fat workout before this, and man - there was definitely NO NEED for resistance bands today while doing this workout.
    Day 16: 2/5/2022✔Used resistance bands today with this!
    Day 17: 2/6/2022✔Lots of stretching after this one!
    Day 18: 2/7/2022✔Almost to the end of the 20-day challenge!
    Day 19: 2/8/2022✔One more day! Did lots of leg stretching and foam rolling afterwards!
    Day 20: 2/9/2022✔And I'm done! Successfully finished the 20-day challenge!!!
    I will update tomorrow with measurements!
    My hubby told me the other day that my thighs, when looking at them from the front, are slimmer - so I'm excited! The fat in my thighs are very stubborn, so I know it will take longer to get to my goal (

    Height: 171cm
    Weight: 71 kg
    Left thigh: 66,7 cm
    Right thigh: 67,6 cm
    Day one: done! My legs hurt though😭 but afterwards i felt really good!
    Day two: finished! It felt a bit harder than yesterday cause my legs were stiff but after the exercise it feels really nice. I’m also starting intermittent fasting today.

    All of Emi's workouts are def. helpful. Specially this one , I've been following a lot of thigh workouts but never saw any results until now. I've understood that the key is consistency and and and... the most imp fact is you need to maintain balance between toning exercises and stretching exercises, which is what is preset IN this video......

    Amazing :) this works like a charm! I got results pretty fast, just make sure to be consistent with your workouts! And remember that it doesn’t matter how fast you do a workout, if you can’t do it fast, then do it slow. Slower results are better than none. 加油!

    In may I had a severe knee injury and I had to stop working out, which I really love. It was real tough and even now I can’t do most of leg exercises I did before because I can’t put any weight on my knees. I am so thankful for this workout, please do more of them emi🥰

    Hi emi, started doing your workouts, along with healthier eating in 2020, (may) in may 21, I lost two stone. I’ve maintained good weight by gym sets in the week. Recently I had ankle surgery and couldn’t weightbear, I was so thankful for the bed excersise routines, (guilt saver!) Your workouts are fantastic, and they work.

    heyy so i'll start doing this workout every day and update y'all! My tights aren't fat, but i just want them to be slimmer.
    Day 1: done! even tho some exercises were hard asf and I could't do them fully
    Day 2: done, but it was painful tbh
    (btw i started eating really healthy, no milk products, sugar, fried and fast food. Only vegan food)
    Day 3: went to the gym, so i didn’t do this workout
    Day 4: took a day off
    Day 5: done, it HURTT
    Day 6: Went to the gym
    Day 7: my right tight really hurts when i do workouts, i should probably rest for a couple days

    i’ve been playing badminton for almost 7 years and because of those trainings my thighs became so thicc that they stick together and weighed 64 kg a month ago but now i am 60 kg after i did emi’s workouts! my legs are shaking after i did this😭😭😭

    Okay, I have seen a lot of them first focusing on what are the comments as in does emi's workouts really work when it comes to leg sliming or thighs fat loss, so here is my analysis, NO DOUBT that emi wongs workouts are extremely effective , however depends on person's body to body as in , depends on what part of the body you want to lose fat from. In my case I tried emi wongs leg sliming workouts but for me it did not work Reason's: Firstly I am an accountant and my work is just sitting work 😅 and so my hips and legs get heavier and as I had a pear shaped body , I wanted to reduce thigh fat and hip fat but this workout did not work for me.
    Second : Emi wongs workouts are highly effective buh the workouts for legs are too heavier for a person like a pear shaped body (heavier on lower part) and so it did not work for me instead I gained more on thighs.
    People who want to lose thigh or lower body fat hip and legs faster try simpl 10mins workouts and 10,000 steps per day results you will see within a week (This is only for heavier lower body.)
    I would not specifically take the name of the youtuber which you should be starting with , as Emi's workouts are like really effective when it comes to abs, flat belly, slim arms , love handles she is a pro in it.
    But people who are looking for faster lower body reduce just skip harder workouts do 10k steps + just 10mins leg slimming inner and outer thigh workout and along with it do 10mins hip sliming workouts and your sorted.
    But that dies not mean you should not do upper body and abs... do a full combo with simple excersices.
    THIS IS ONLY FOR HEAVIER LOWER BODY PEOPLE . who want to lose lower body fat faster before Christmas 🎄.
    I just shared my experience from these leg sliming workouts of emi , cz I was doing it as I gained on my lower body due to desk job , but wen I strtd doing this workouts it made my thighs more heavier so I started just simple workouts and walks and I lose a good out of fat in 1-2 weeks time. And Offcourse with healthy foods.
    Other than that EMI's workouts are awesome. I lost my belly fat through emis workouts.💕💕💕

    I started the get fit challenge 2022 yesterday and I'll update everyday cause I felt so good after doing this
    Day1: at first it was very hard to do it as fast as her so the 30 minutes workout I did it in 1h
    Day2: its still hard but I'm keeping doing it cuz I feel better after it also I m proud of myself😁

    Day 1:✅ felt great afterwards
    Day 2:✅ pain in thighs but sill did the workout
    Day 3:✅ okay I just read the comments will working out
    Day 4:✅ awesome. Felt no pain and felt fast
    Day 5: ❌ did not do today
    Day 6: ❌ went out to dinner with family.
    Day 7: ❌ had a family reunion with cousins for 5 hours
    Day 8: ✅ did it and felt no pain
    - going to go for 1 more week
    Day 9: ❌ went to cousins house until 11:00 and needed to go to bed early
    Day 10:✅went great afterwards ( did another exercise for 9 minutes ) weight now: 106.
    Day 11: ✅ nothing much
    Day 12:❌ didn’t feel like doing the exercise
    Day 13:✅ only went through 18:42 of the exercise because thighs were numb from ice skating and soccer ( had on the same day )

    I’ve been doing this for a few days, not seeing results yet but I’m still going !!
    update: i started doing other of emi wong’s leg exercises and my thighs went from 46cm to 45cm pretty quick! I also did other activities, i play volleyball and i went on the treadmill one of these days
    update 2: my calves started at 31.5cm and now they’re 30cm, my thighs were 46 and now they’re 44.7cm
    i didn’t do additional workouts, i just did more cardio since it’s easier to lose fat, keep in mind you can target one part of your body to lose fat.

    Планирую заниматься около 2 недель ( хотя бы 😂), хочу уменьшить объем бёдер и ляжек, ляжки: 62 см, бёдра: 102см, вес 71-70 кг, есть буду также само, особо следить не буду ( так как очень люблю покушать😅)
    День 1: сложновато, но терпимо☑️
    День 2: крепатура, из-за неё сложнее, но держусь☑️
    День 3: померила объем ляжки в итоге -1.5 см, заниматься уже легче ( привыкаешь)☑️
    День 4: сегодня решила попробовать другую тренировку,так как свободного времени было мало взяла на 5 минут❌
    День 5: сегодня решила отдохнуть от тренировок, зато много ходила❌
    День 6: всё ещё сложно, но хотя бы не так как в первый день 😂, утром меряла объем ляжки и - 2 см,это очень крутой результат за такое количество времени 🥳☑️
    День 7: сегодня пришлось пропустить тренировку (❌
    День 8: много ходила, за целый день устала 🥲❌
    День 9: да уж 2 дня отдыха ощущаются, но ничего справимся ☑️
    День 10: сегодня опять пропустила, но обязательно исправлюсь, думаю завтра 2 раза сделаю утром и вечером
    День11: спасибо огромное emi wong за такой прекрасный результат, решила перейти на другую тренировку,но обязательно буду и сюда возвращаться. Результат - 2 см в ляжках, и - 2 см в талии, вес такой же.

    Day 2:✅ I did it. It was quite easier today 😍😍 although I was shaking when I walked.

    That's a complicated story but there is another workout for emi which is weight loss for thighs in 10 minute workout in 20 days and I kind of was mad at myself so.....
    I kind of did it....err i did it 5 times...
    5 times = 50 MINUTES LIKE BALLS !! AND I FAINTED
    But then I was scrolling and saw this so I tried, but the longest I can reach is 13:28 and I'm SO HAPPY!
    Not that I'm only feeling motivated suddenly but cuz this actually hurts more now that I'm got used to the other workout, so I guess this is my new workout base! Follow my updates daily!

    guess I'll try it (I will probably be death the second day, but whatever lol)

    haven't seen any results, but I guess it is due to my non-consistency. I was 48, and I still am 48. Yesterday I felt extremely depressed, and I relapsed, again and I binge ate, so I think that if I'm still 48 is because of this workout.

    From today I am starting that workout and will be doing it for 21 days!! I hope I can see change in my thighs...I just clicked on this video and I trust that I will be getting good results if I did regularly....

    I waàs too lazy to do other work outs, hopefully i have motivation to do it! (starting weight 137 lbs) I will update weight every week!
    WEEK 1
    day 1: done!
    day 2: yup felt the burn
    day 3: very easy now
    day 4: for some reason it burned a lot more than day 3 💀
    day 5: why do I actually feel the burn
    day 6: didnt do it bc I was tired 🥲

    Doing this till the end of summer for a glow up ;) I am not overweight but like I am skinny fat ( some parts of my body are skinny and some parts are fat ) my legs are really fat so I want that to go away ( I am 13 btw )

    Day 1 :✅ it was so hard! I almost gave up but I didn't
    Day 2 :✅ the burn is crazy
    Day 3 :✅ almost gave up but didn't so im proud of myself lol
    Day 4 :✅ 19 and 21 are soooooo hard !
