I have been looking for a good leg workout for forever. I found this, tried it.. OMG. I got half way and was sweating. So I tried this workout for 1 day but didn't finish it all. I stopped at exercise 13 because I was literally dying💀.
When I got to the lounge back kicks I was on the edge of dying and kept taking breaks. The amazing part is that my legs were so sore and usually when I decide to do leg workouts (once in a while) my legs don't get sore when I wake up and that causes me to doubt the workout but this soreness was crazy😮. I had sat in a certain position on my bed and I could feel my outer leg muscles really tense and also it was hard for me to get out of bed 😭 (would recommend this workout cause it's so intense😭👍 oh and I don't have the measuring things, so I didn't measure😊)

Yes, there will be!! but if you do diet or cut back in sugar, have smaller portions and eat fruits that will help you get results faster. I recommend doing other workouts with this for a more effective and faster weight loss

It's sad. You don't need that filter that makes your waist smaller and hips bigger. We have to embrace our body. Let's not give false body image to others. The goal is to have a strong body, and you have that.
Filter? She has no filter she works out and she is healthy she naturally has that frame. She is giving no “false information” you don’t have to be jealous and call her fake just cause you don’t look like that. She’s only trying to help people get thinner legs, there is no false information about that.
