    hi! i've been doing this workout for almost three weeks now and i can really see the results!! before, i had trouble wearing sleeveless or short sleeved tops specially when taking pictures because my arms look big. but now, i could wear them since my arms really became thinner and my collarbones defined a lot! thank u so much for this

    Nah cause I've been doing this only for 2 days and I'm already seeing results BUT I did not only do this workout.
    I did emi wongs Shoulder stretch workout and Gloria Song's feminine shoulders and defined Collarbones exercise along with this workout and it works so well. Even my mom noticed how defined my collarbone have become and etc.
    I'm being fr but it's different for everyone so If u don't see results quickly. It's okay. It's working. Just keep going. Give it time and patience.
    Oppserve, you're literally my fave. I've done a lot of your workouts and have gotten great results.

U see my arms already are showing changes and my collarbone is getting visible day by day now... I can't believe it!! Thanks juliana.... Although it's a bit late for me to comment.😅.     day 7 - ✅. I DID IT! i'm so happy and proud of myself. now my arms are toned and posture has improved. i really love the way i look like..💔
    i'm going to continue because this workout looks like a little stretch for my body.

      @@gizeldsouza2412 I don't know about the arms cause my arms are not fat I only did this for posture and toning my collar bone and to honest I really started seeing results in just 5 days my collar bone was really toned amd it really helped me in the posture too. It just burns your arms a lot. I think you should give it a try. I have been following her workouts and they are great.

    Hello, I will try this workout for 1-2 weeks. Lets go! :)
    Day 1: Done. I can feel the burn in my arms.
    Day 2: Done. I feel better than yesterday.
    Day 3: Done! It was easier than the first time and I think there are some good changes. :)
    Day 4: Done. I wasn`t motivadet to do that workout, but I did it.
    Day 5: Done: It was okey... :)
    Day 6: Done. My arms look slimmer than Day 1... I´m happy!
    Day 7: Done. Today was the last day i do this workout. I recomment this workout ´cause it really works. I´m happy with the results and i wish you luck if you´ll try this workout.

    Начала делать 14.04 и решила что буду писать результаты сюда
    1.✅ было не сложно
    2.✅ лопатки и шея очень болят, но я сделала
    3.✅
    4.✅ болят лопатки
    5.✅ ключицы стали больше видны, а самое для меня главное это то, что начала ходить спину держа ровно!!

    7.✅ пока что все как в 5 день

    10. ✅ извините за долгое отсутствие, постоянно забываю написать. Но я делаю это)

    Итог: ключицы стали более заметными и красивыми, а самое главное стало легче ходить с ровной спиной (так же делала иногда комплекс от Эми Вонг на привлекательные ключицы, очень понравилось)

    i will be doing this workout for a week!
    day 1: this workout definitely is a good stretching and tbh i didnt find it that painful until the last part where i had to do the arms pressed against head one... it was so painful
    day 2: i realised i was doing one of the workouts wrong but thankfully i did it correctly today, last exercise still painful tho
    day 3: i didnt do it unfortunately bc i was out until 3am and when i came back i was too exhausted to do it
    day 4: it went pretty good and the last exercise didnt hurt at all this time and i also have started seeing a change in my posture and im excited

    Going to update each day for a week!!
    Day 1: it burned a little near the end but i pushed through - not a lot of progress ofc
    Day 2: was a little easier - not a lot of progress
    Day 3: was a lot easier with the arm swings and other exercises today - my arms seem to be stronger idk abt skinnier tho

    Okay so guys, I've. Been doing this for 2 weeks now and also i skipped 3 or 4 days😅 my arms are not so slim for now but my collarbones are visible now and I also saw a difference in my posture going to continue this for more 2 weeks and then tell you the results!👍

    I have very broad shoulders, with no visible collarbone and I’m hoping to change this. I am aiming to make this a habit so I will see if I can do it for one week first.
    (Doing this alongside a stretch video and 2 slim arm/back workout videos!)
    Start: 18th April 2024
    18 April, Day 1: ✅ did all videos once, my arms and shoulders are quite sore
    19 April, Day 2: ✅ only did this video, so arms aren’t as sore, noticed a slight improvement in my posture (forgot to update yesterday)
    20 April, Day 3: ❌ didnt do, had a busy day and no time
    21 April, Day 4: ❌ forgot
    22 April, Day 5: ❌ only managed the stretch video, had to study all day
    23 April, Day 6: ❌ didn’t do
    24 April, Day 7: ❌ didnt do
    UPDATE 30 April: Its been nearly 2 weeks since I started this and I haven't done it because I got busy and lazy with life. Even though I have not done it I saw an improvement in my posture because these exercise made me more aware of how I was standing so I am happy with that.

    I have been doing this workout since one month
    You will notice change in 3rd day 🔥 but if you have flabby arms this might alone just not work for you it gives you a good shoulder posture and a visibility of collar bone also some relaxation ❤

    Doing this because it’s summer and I have nothing to do
    Day one : pretty simple, don’t like the arm circles to much but it’s not that bad
    Day two: it’s still pretty simple, don’t like to arm circles.
    Day three: super easy, arm circles are getting easier
    Day four: I haven’t noticed changes yet most likely cause I suck at that but I’ve noticed my left shoulder is sore? I’m still going.
    Day five: pretty easy, shoulder still sore (edit : I see difference in my collarbones)
    Day six: my left arm hurts a bit more, but it is getting a bit better! Like I said b4, I see some more changes is my collar bones!

    doing this for 5 days bc i want to slim down my hands, shoulders specifically. & even tho i have a collarbone, its kinda fading away unless i put my shoulders back😭- but anyways ill do this x2 times a day!!💙
    day 1: ✅✅i really didn't knw my hands would be this sore after this😭😭- the side tilts helped with cracking my back area and wow it's really good- i hate the arm swings soo much though😭💢, i love this sm because its so unexpecting how i sweated. though it doesen't look burning, it actually seems like its working!! i also did this in class btw- i did it in the evening when i was having my study break too !!
    day 2: ✅WHA ITS INSANE HOW IT SLIMMED UP LIKE ATLEAST 1 CM AND A FEW MILIMETERS WOW.. edit:: i was motivational for a sec so i tried emi wong's slim hand routine th-cam.com/video/riS89biXH7E/w-d-xo.html and girl my hands were sore in the first part, but i was so relaxed later!! i won't do it twice today because i did two arm workouts but i might if im bored-- but this workout seems to be working, + emi wong's has some workouts from here but some are advanced 2 times and it burns

    hii! I just did your hourglass ab workout and I love it so much! you did an amazing job! :) and today is my first day on this workout but something happened to me when I was doing the neck stretch..i felt dizzy and my vision was getting a bit dark and I could see stars, my ears were ringing and I could not hear anything a bit. Did anyone experience this or was it just me? Maybe I tilted my head a bit too much?? I'm no expert at this and I'm 14, I'm sorryy..

    i have done 4 days and i see some changes in my collarbone and my arms simultaneously got slimmer and my shoulders are sharper and higher!! i also feel my arms and bicep place harder and more firm, so less chubby. thank you so much julianna, i can finally wear crop tops how i like again!! :D
