ok also so I never had my period before and quarantine made me gain 5 pounds and then I got it but as soon as I got back into excersizing it went away again, I am saying like also a plus is that your period goes away, but please eat three meals a day but don't snack, also drink a ton of water but ya those are my tips in case you want them, but literally like we are gonna look so hot
the first few days were pretty hard but i started this around may 24-25 of 2024, i’ve been doing it every day since then. today is july 22nd 2024 ive went from 128-> to now 110! i did other things like high intensity dancing and an accidental calorie defecit as i began to take adhd medication which has low appetite as a side effect, but still with this workout i was able to keep my muscle definition throughout it all! thank you so much my life has changed :)

the first few days were pretty hard but i started this around may 24-25 of 2024, i’ve been doing it every day since then. today is july 22nd 2024 ive went from 128-> to now 110! i did other things like high intensity dancing and an accidental calorie defecit as i began to take adhd medication which has low appetite as a side effect, but still with this workout i was able to keep my muscle definition throughout it all! thank you so much my life has changed :)
