You can't influence where your body puts fat. You can just get leaner in your entire body. Besides, wouldn't the shoulders be one of the best places for your body to put fat? Just makes you look more buff.

if you're looking for a sign to do this exercise, this is it. i have been doing this for a little over a week and i already see a huge difference!!! i've always had a rounded back / bad posture and holy crap this genuinely is the first time i'm ever seeing noticable progress. just do this at least once a day, preferrably twice (one in the morning + one at night) and you will definitely see your rounded shoulders disappear

I have saved this video and i tried this exercise for 20 days and trust me it works my shoulder became so attractive. If you want to achieve this you need to do this for 15-20 days and its easy i have tried and you don't need some kind of motivation to do this. You just have to stand up and do it. If you are skinny u will get result in 2 weaks and if you are chubby person you will get results late but be patience

After a month of doing this semi-frequently, I've noticed that my posture + flexibility have somewhat improved! ✨In the past, I struggled with zipping the back of my dresses, but it's gotten much easier now. My shoulders/arms did get a bit slimmer, but that might be largely due to diet + calorie-burning exercises I did in addition to this video (20 minute biking + 10~50 minutes ab and glute workouts daily).

Because of online classes and work from home, I am constantly in front of my laptop and it results in so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. @@rahilaa.s5544 Try doing it twice a day, if possible. I did it once a day along with Emi Wong's collarbone workout. And once I got tired of doing this workout I switched to Yuuka Sagawa's other arm, back, shoulder videos. They're easy to follow and most definitely work! I generally did it before going to bed. But if you do it in the morning it feels really good! Like your chest and arms have been opened up. Took me three-four days to feel the difference and almost over a week to see it. Hope this helps! No diet btw hehe

@@Hanni3955 soo in general it makes you aware of your posture in a positive way like e.g. when I sit in a bus I try to sit with a good posture. Another thing i noticed is that my soulders are more curved and i actually feel uncomftable if I sit or walk with bad posture now (but this is rather the mental effect cuz good posture makes you feel confident) with that said i do think these exercises need more time if you want more lasting and drastic changes ( consistency is key!!) definitely worth investing 8 min of your day for this

I have a partially torn right rotator cuff, bursitis in my left, and chronic neck pain. I've done many shoulder routines, but this one works like magic to unlock my shoulder and reduce the neck pain. Great routine! Glad I found it!

After a month of doing this semi-frequently, I've noticed that my posture + flexibility have somewhat improved! ✨In the past, I struggled with zipping the back of my dresses, but it's gotten much easier now.
My shoulders/arms did get a bit slimmer, but that might be largely due to diet + calorie-burning exercises I did in addition to this video (20 minute biking + 10~50 minutes ab and glute workouts daily).

Because of online classes and work from home, I am constantly in front of my laptop and it results in so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. @@rahilaa.s5544 Try doing it twice a day, if possible. I did it once a day along with Emi Wong's collarbone workout. And once I got tired of doing this workout I switched to Yuuka Sagawa's other arm, back, shoulder videos. They're easy to follow and most definitely work! I generally did it before going to bed. But if you do it in the morning it feels really good! Like your chest and arms have been opened up. Took me three-four days to feel the difference and almost over a week to see it. Hope this helps! No diet btw hehe

Gonna update everyday I am doing it for 2 weeks, I have already done 4 days and I am doing it twice a day with one more streching workout
Day 1 ✅ I did exercise after 2 months so i felt a lot relaxed so much that after excercise I just went to sleep
Day 2 ✅ it was easier and felt really good
Day 3✅ my shoulders and back feels so good they are less stiff and my arms were burning 🔥
Day 4✅ my shoulders look a bit less round and my back feels so good 😍
Day 5✅ my upper back is getting straight
Day 6✅it's pretty easy now
Day 7✅my arms look leaner and my back looks more straight
Day 8✅my posture is a lot better
Day 9✅it's so easy now I am having fun while doing it
Day 10✅4 days more to go 😁
Day 11✅my arms looks slimmer not much but it looks slimmer
Day 12✅my collarbones are so defined now i didn't notice first but now they look so defined

My back is so much straighten andy collarbones are so shap now they can cut anything , my posture is improved alot and my shoulders are not stiff anymore they are so much more relaxed.

The only thing is that you have to try to be consistent atleast , try to do it daily and i am sure you would get even better results.

Hice este ejercicio las primeras tres semanas de noviembre, mis brazos medían 29cm y al final fueron 26cm, pero deje de hacerlos porque no me daba tiempo y gané 1cm, los estoy volviendo hacer ah ver si logro bajar más los brazos, en verdad funciona, solo hay que ser constante. 👌
Después de tanto tiempo como sigues?
@@belindagarciarosas9146 llegaron a medir 23cm, pero deje de hacerlo por falta de tiempo y gané dos cm más, ya no lo hago diario, lo hago cada dos días o tres días a la semana solo para evitar subir más.

@@Hanni3955 soo in general it makes you aware of your posture in a positive way like e.g. when I sit in a bus I try to sit with a good posture. Another thing i noticed is that my soulders are more curved and i actually feel uncomftable if I sit or walk with bad posture now (but this is rather the mental effect cuz good posture makes you feel confident) with that said i do think these exercises need more time if you want more lasting and drastic changes ( consistency is key!!) definitely worth investing 8 min of your day for this

I have been doing this exercise for 5 days straight and i can definitely see some changes! I have a really bad posture and wide arms, but now it reduced and improved a lot! I also fix my posture every minute lol, You guys consistency is the key, for me this video works a lot! Thank you.
