    I'm going to be trying this for 2 weeks:
    Day 1: Definitely felt the stretch, but it felt good!
    Day 2: Felt the stretch LOL (way more than yesterday) so far so good My legs feel more flexible already! 😍
    Day 3: I added 2 more workouts with this.. but still did it today!
    Like to remind me to come back 😭

    I've been doing this workout since the last 2 weeks, can't say much about my height but my legs look and feel slimmer and flexible than before. Initially, doing these poses made me cry but now I've become addicted to them and cant stop doing these. I'll definitely comeback after 2 more weeks or so to give updates but if you, yes YOU are reading this and doing the workout then keep going my love i can 100% assure you that your body will thank you later and you'll feel much much MUCH BETTER.(speaking from personal experience) Always keep in mind that it will take time to see the results but in the future when you'll look back at your beginning, you'll appreciate it and YOURSELF❤
    Edit: Im back! Its been a month and here's the result.... Initially, my height was around 148.7cm and now its 150! And yes, its only a month so you cant expect much of a drastic change byt im so happy that i made this far! Will keep on continuing these exercises and update y'all a month later!!

    Hello everyone! I think everyone came to see in the comments whether it works or not. I'll say YES. I started doing this exercise on March 24, I’ll say right away that I missed 2-3 days of exercise, but on April 1 I saw results. I was 157 cm, and now I’m already 158! I am so glad! Thank you Emi Wong, I think if you do more, it can be even longer. Love u all ❤️

    I've been doing this for around 2 weeks now and it is by far one of my favourite stretches. Keep the physical advantages aside, I really enjoy the music and how she keeps our spirits high. I feel so blissful after doing this!

    I was 163cm, it really helped me to increase my height now I'm 169 in only 20 days I'll do it for months again to hit the 175, I think it worked on me easily because I'm teenager

    Thank you very much emi! I finally graduated from a month of doing this and my legs and thighs,was not the same anymore before i started this, the change is very noticeable,i became flexible, i even know how to spit now, at the same time i didn't waste my time to measure it at first cause i believed and trust that there will always be a change when it comes to your stretching and workouts , the reason i stop doing it cuz our school will starting soon and i need to be prepared.Thank you thank you very much!       I cry everytime i exercise because i always thought of myself fat and never to achieve my goals and wondering on ending my life...but everything changed..well not everything, when i confronted my mom and dad about my thoughts they supported me and made my confidence boost a little bit but till now i still think about those stuff exept for ending my life tho.....but i still cry and stuff.....i wish ill achieve my goal and pleaseeee be positive and always stay positive!

      @@Prplelv7 it is anatomically not possible to get longer legs through exercise. Slimmer legs only look longer than thicker ones.

    Please remember to keep your back straight.
    DO NOT round your back. It might make the stretches easier but less effective. I know it hurts but you can do it! And when you will succeed, you will thank yourself for not giving up. It is worth it!

    we do all of these for dance and it really does elongate and slim your legs, we usually do them to prepare for splits but my dance instructor also said this is how many ballerinas maintain slim elegant legs!

      Yea I noticed that too, i went to ballet but cause of COVID I stopped, but my legs were thin back then, but I was 12 and I looked a bit wonky cause my body was growing, but I hope I can get taller

    Hi guys i wanted to do this workout and write here my progress (sorry if i made mistakes but I'm italian)
    Well, in 3 months I will be 14 and I wanted to change before school starts.

    I'm 41, and I went from 5'1" to 5'3.5" to 5'5" this year by doing stretching using Shiydf and making sure I sleep more than 7 hours a day. I hope it continues.

    Result: Basically I didn't see a difference in my height (I didn't do it for many days anyways) but my thighs have gotten so much slimmer I highly recommend this stretch!
    Since my exams are starting I won't be doing this for a while, once exams end I will make a new comment with a new start. Wish me luck!

    I'm doing this stretching routine since almost 4 months and I definitely have slimmer legs now and a thigh gap.This stretching routine feels so good and I personally play volleyball and this helped me to not get bulky legs LMAOO so I'll continue because it's like a normal night routine now lollll.Keep going it's worth it

      @@kaur8623 well my legs indeed look longer but I’m still short well I’m 5‘2 and I grew like idk 1-2cm from that 💁🏻‍♀️But my legs have gotten real slim now like my legs can‘t touch each other so I’m really happy🫶🏽

    I love these stretches! I’m 23 and I’m starting to have growth spurt pains again 😩 I’ve literally grown an inch an a half in the span of a few months before doing these stretches. Doing these stretchers really helps alleviate my pain and elongate my legs. Thank you, Emi🤍

    Okay so tbh I tried this for freaking two weeks I won't say I can see results faster this exercises are good for stretching our legs it made me a bit longer I feel a slight change in my thigh gap and whenever I did this exercises I felt very relaxed and I'mma do this for a month now if you wanna know some more updates you can remind me 🍭🩷

    i did this for like 4 months and i grew an inch!! doesn’t sound like much but i haven’t grown in two years so i was very happy. also my legs looked much slimmer =)

    I really want to grow longer legs, but it’s super difficult. I’ll still do the stretch for slimmer ones though! I’ve been stretching for a long time and many stretches have gotten too easy for my preference! So thank you for some of the advanced ones!
