@@lidiamandefro4023 No. But when you are doing this exercise, try to stretch your legs and go down as much as you can (just don't touch the ground) even if it's hurt. I think this is what helped me lose that much. Good luck!
My REAL result, I've lost 6cm in a month, i lost 3cm first week, it is the hardest week, also this workout not only make you lose thigh fat, also tone them. Edit for y'all: it didn't make any difference in my calves, but it definitely made me lose some hip fat.

i'm amazed by the results! I've been doing this workout every day for the whole month and lost 10cm in both thighs and 9kg 😭😭😭 I'm truly thankful for this workout and I'm planning to continue. In addition, I've also been doing other workouts and taking 10,000 steps every day.

For those of you who can't straight your legs, straight them as much as it is possible to you, that way even when they're a bit bend you're still working your inner thighs, other way you'll be focusing on straight your legs and putting tension over your whole leg and won't work your inner thigh, don't force it, target your inner muscles.

@@rishireohi! I definitely noticed some changes in my body overall. Lost some fat. I don’t weigh myself nor look at the inches, but I definitely notice some change! (I do think this mainly comes from the amount of cardio I do though 😅). But remember: change takes time, so you won’t see drastic changes in only a week :)

(47kg) and also make sure to drink a lot of water… i’ll continue to do this, otsukare!!

@@lidiamandefro4023 No. But when you are doing this exercise, try to stretch your legs and go down as much as you can (just don't touch the ground) even if it's hurt. I think this is what helped me lose that much. Good luck!

How did you control your diet?
My REAL result, I've lost 6cm in a month, i lost 3cm first week, it is the hardest week, also this workout not only make you lose thigh fat, also tone them.
Edit for y'all: it didn't make any difference in my calves, but it definitely made me lose some hip fat.

@@everyonessubliminals1303 I didn't build muscle at all! My thighs just got toned but without being bulky, i wanted them to get slimer not bigger than they were, lol, and I got it, you can't get bulky because you need weight, and this workout is only stretching, just slim down your thighs ❤️

もともとかなり筋肉質で足痩せ無理かなって思っていたんですけど、やり始めてからどんどん隙間ができました😭体重も始めた時から2キロ落ちました😭これのおかげだと思います😭
彼氏や友達、家族からもすごい足細くなったね!痩せたね!って言ってもらえて嬉しいです!これした後にプロテイン飲んでいるだけで、食事制限もしてないし、アイスやお菓子も食べているのに、、本当にありがとうございます、これからも毎日します✨

For those of you who can't straight your legs, straight them as much as it is possible to you, that way even when they're a bit bend you're still working your inner thighs, other way you'll be focusing on straight your legs and putting tension over your whole leg and won't work your inner thigh, don't force it, target your inner muscles.

Find out what works for you. This definetely works, probably not for everyone but it does. Have patience. I don't think I'll continue updating this one. I gained strength and dicipline. Don't give up and work hard to get your dream bodyyyyy LET'S GAURRR 💗💗💗💗🎀🎀 I BELIEVE IN YOU, I'LL ALSO CONTINUE TO WORKOUT!!!!

@@rishireohi! I definitely noticed some changes in my body overall. Lost some fat. I don’t weigh myself nor look at the inches, but I definitely notice some change! (I do think this mainly comes from the amount of cardio I do though 😅). But remember: change takes time, so you won’t see drastic changes in only a week :)

Day 1: ✅Done! It was hard, i felt it in my hips more than my legs. I'm excited to see progress though.
Day 2:✅Did it, it wasn't very hard.
Day 3:✅Done im a bit sore and i feel it in my abs
Day 4:❎I was really busy yesterday but i did swim for 30 mins
Day 5:✅I did it while reading a book it is pretty easy but it hurts my hips

results: uwaaa, this is a really nice work-out. obviously in just a week your thighs won’t be slim, but this really did tone my thighs. i can’t give exact measurements, but my thigh gap became visible when i did a before and after comparison. this will work if you do this consistently and keep up with your calorie deficit since fat accumulation is usually in thighs. my usual weight is 106lbs (48kg) , it went to 104lbs!! (47kg) and also make sure to drink a lot of water… i’ll continue to do this, otsukare!!

School is began and I didn't have any free time to update. For me this training gave a lot of line muscles on thighs, but they're not bulking up. And from both thighs I lost 7 inches, my waist now 60 cm!! This result mostly was without any diet, only sport. I really recommend this one for anyone, who need a slim legs in easiest way ✨🌺
