  • Here's a Christmas workout for you! I had to re-upload this one because of an issue with the music 🤝
    We do a lot of HIIT around here, so I wanted to give you the option of an intense workout without the intervals. Even without the intervals, this cardio workout will get your heart rate up and burn tons of calories.
