    Lower abs are the toughest part of your abdominals to target, so I've put together a series of exercises that'll do just that.
    Get the most out of this workout by pulling your abdominals tightly to your spine and exhaling sharply with every breath.

    I love that the stretch breaks aren't instructional, it gives you the freedom to just stretch out what you feel you need/want to 🌸 these videos are what's getting me out of bed lately!

    i love this workout so much! that V-sit is so hard lol but i really love the workout it isn't too intense but it's just enough to feel the burn. thank you so much ❤️

    The music in this one was so good! Also, I wasn’t sure I was getting a burn, and then I moved from the position I was holding and I thought oh. Wow. There it is 😂

    I just gotta pause the vid and say, I really love the Stretch Breaks. It's so calming and I think my body gets rejuvenated whenever I hear the waves or flowing water. 💕

    Greetings from Germany! That Workout was great! I liked it more than others i‘ve seen behause there is no Talking and one can see by the decoration of the backdrop that you Know a lot about photography! Like the style! Also that break Sound and vid is very nice and extra relaxing! Love it! Will tell my friends!

    Not sure if anyone has advice for this, but whenever I’m doing leg lifts my hip always clicks? I’ve tried adjusting my posture and press my lower back to the floor and even tried changing the direction I lower my legs, but it always clicks/pops when I’m lowering them. Not sure what I’m doing wrong or if other people have this problem? Also! My knee popped when doing toe taps-maybe my joints are just like that but it’s a little annoying when I’m trying to focus on form and stuff lol

      i also have like hip clicks like this and sometimes when i stand on one leg something funny happens w the muscles idk how to explain but i always assumed it was my mild scoliosis in my lower back. And just lack of muscle. My back just curves when on the floor too, I’m just trying to build muscle too see if it’ll fix it

      Ify I have thoracic dextroscoliosis and it's really hard I end up having back pain

    Your videos are really great, but I just have one quick feedback. Could you please keep those stretch breaks 30s long and more separated throughout the video? I found that the one on your previous ab workout video kept my training more structured and gave me more time to wiggle my paws. Thanks though, amazing content!

      @@Sodaxyzz Yes I did! I toned up and I felt a heck of a lot stronger in my core (no visible abs for me but that wasn't my goal anyway) 😄 What I failed to do though was keep it up in some way afterwards so if I went back to this now it would probably be like the first day all over again 🙈

    This is day 1 to a 15-30 project. I’m doing this workout and two more (one for hip dips and two for abs) + gym, I’ll keep doing this for 15 days then (if I survive) more 15 days after. Of course, I already workout for a quite some time but I felt that I need something more… well, something like this, because I do love your videos and helps me a lot.
