What is that best workout on your channel that works and makes you feel motivated after? this really works and I’ve been doing this, the lower abs, the 5 minute hard abs, and the 12 minute 200 cal workout for 5 months straight. I’ve been working out before that a lot but I’ve been takes long breaks. I love the aesthetic of these workouts and the motivation it gives me!

Just did this after a 2hr outdoor cycle. It felt like no time passed at all. Do you rec any of your workouts for cardio that dont involve a lot of up and down work, where you can remain level? I'm currently dealing with a balance disorder and things like burpees etc just make me dizzy.
