- First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

it doesn’t matter if before, you could do jumping burpees and now you can do low impact. just move, and you’re already making a step in the right direction. it doesn’t matter if you feel discouraged by how your body may look or feel at this moment, just start moving again. you’re making progress. you’re doing great.

I tried this 4 years ago, now I’ll do it again. I’m convinced that I’ll book much progress.
Starting with: 68,8 KG.
Day 1: ✅ I did it, I’m exhausted.
Day 2: ✅ I was very excited, I feel very motivated and energetic.
Day3: ✅ Was not really feeling it today, not feeling motivated, but I’m glad I dit it!
Day 4: ❌ Was really busy today, so I couldn’t.😕
Day 5: ✅ Did it together with my brother. Feel good💪
Day 6: ✅ I feel really great! After the workout I continued with some other exercises for 10 minutes. So in total I had a work out of 23 minutes.
Day 7: ❌ Was too busy today.
Day 8: ✅ I did this and the “get abs in 2 weeks” right after. I was absolutely exhausted, but I feel great!
Day 9: ✅Omg guys I did this at 10 p.m, I insisted on doing it but I did everything but the burpees on low impact.
Day 10: ✅ Done, Still sore from day 8.
Day 11: ✅ Done, I weighted myself too: 67.6 KG right now!
Day 12: ✅ Done, I did this exercise and the “get abs in two weeks” again!
Day 13: ✅ Done!
Day 14: ❎ Did not do the work out, however I did go holding for over an hour today. So I think that should cover it.
Day 15: ✅ Done!
Day 16: ✅ Did it! I’m really trying to get motivated again, because lately I’m really dreading to do the work out.
Day 17: ✅ Dit this and to feel a little more excited I did a dance work out of 15 min after!
Day 18: ✅ Felt really motivated, so I did a dance workout(15 min), jumping rope (12 min) and this work out.
Day 19: ❌ After a long day at work I decided to give my body some rest today :)
Day 20: ✅ Did the dance work out (15 min) and this one!

However, I am planning on doing 2 work outs a day after day 5. So this work out (morning) and one of the belly fat burning work outs (evening/afternoon). Hope this helps!

For anyone who’s wondering if this works: YES, IT DOES! I did this exercise (this video and the abs in 2 weeks video) during the pandemic, and I lost almost 20 kg in 5 months (with a proper diet and intermittent fasting). I was 16 during that time, and I maintained it until last year. These past few months, I gained weight again, so I came back here to restart my exercise journey again!! JUST KEEP GRINDING & LETS ACHIEVE OUR BODY GOALS AGAIN! ❤️TYSM CHLOEE❤️

@@juveriyafatima8478 Hi! Ya, suree, doing two videos a day is very great for losing weight. But it depends on you actually-whether your schedule or body can handle it. What I did before, when I just started, was do 1 video a day (cuz that was what my body could handle at that time because I was a total beginner XD). Then, I gradually increase the videos I do every day once my body adjusts and gets comfortable with the exercise. This helped me increase the exercise resistance at my own pace and made me feel stronger eventually. Tho, you can also try following Chloe Ting's free full programs on her website as your exercise guide. :))

Im 15 years old. I did this in lockdown, when i was fat... I was in my best shape last year December and i have picked up 8kg. Im very ashamed of how many i picked up and im too scared to wear anything. So Im going to try and do this everyday.

I did this for two weeks, I’m telling you it works, my stamina is so much better, I did gain 2 pounds (muscle) but lost many inches. I genuinely just feel better about myself. I’m extending my challenge to four weeks now and I am going to add some other workouts on top. Keep motivated guys!!! My mentality is so much happier now :)

@@Idontknoww3080I just ate whatever I wanted honestly! I was still eating stuff like chocolate and went out for dinners and still was able to make progress. I just made sure not to over eat and listen to what my body needs :)

Day 1 19/06/24 - ✅ After days of convincing myself I am finally here, I don't have any problem working out but what stops me from working out after a long time is the aftermath. i remember doing chloe ting during lockdown and the pain I had the next day still sends shivers down my spine. it pained so much everywhere that I was traumatised. never had the courage to start again. but after many years, now I am in a shape which is my worst till date. (so close to 75kg) I really need to start somewhere hence here I am.
Did a warmup followed by a 10 min ab workout and came here to kill myself. could do most of them, but burpees were on low impact. also skipped spiderman plank, I just can't. see you tom
Day 2 20/06/24 - ✅ I am so sore from yesterday, especially my thighs and back. But I did it. did the routine 10 min abs workout first, wanted to give up halfway but pushed myself and completed this workout too. burpees and spiderman planks are still my foe, also I can't do a single pushup. Off to have my oats with almond milk, apples and dates now. see you tom
Day 3 21/06/24 - ✅ did at night, before going to bed. Most of the workouts felt easier than the previous days. Still can't get the hang of spiderman plank though, and second set of burpees almost killed me, also I'm trying to do push-ups but I'm not even close enough to do one. will be back tom
Day 4 22/06/24 - ✅ Got my period this morning! me being a pcos girl, getting periods is a huge relief, specially when it comes after months! i feel really bloated, and stomach looks heavier than ever!!!! But I still completed the 3 sets, prior to that also did regular routine abs workout. See you tom, again
Day 5 25/06/24 - ✅ SORRY about the two days halt due to my periods- I had heavy blood flow. But I'm back, I did almost all of the exercises with very less breaks in the middle, although I thought returning after a 2-day break would break my flow and rhythm. See you again tom
Day 6 26/06/24 - ✅ It's day 6 and I feel so light. Most of the exercises are easily doable now - but I don't see myself even close to doing one push up :( will come back tom again
Day 7 28/06/24 - ✅ sorry, had to skip a day again as I had to travel for work 😐and also hogged down Tacobell. After a lot of regret, completed all 3 sets along with some extra arm and core workouts from her other video.
Day 8 29/06/24 - ✅ felt extremely lazy today, i almost didn’t want to do it today, but finally pushed myself just before the day ended and did it at night before sleeping and my night care routine. TBH, I realized i stay more active in the nighttime than in the morning as the workouts feel easier to do. And About my diet - for a week I have been trying to eat healthy, and calorie deficit meals, except for the last 2 days :) where I had almost no other option than to eat outside. I have oats with low-fat almond milk in the morning along with some seasonal fruits. I have cut out dairy, rice, and flour completely from my diet. Thanks for all the support tho guys !! Let's Keep Growing Together!

I was also someone reading the comments a month back. I CANNOT STRESS enough how important these are for daily motivation. It took me a whole month to get through the 2019 2 week shred. But it was the first time I've completed a program and you feel so much better mentally apart from all the other physical gains. When I got my periods i would do grow with jo for 1 hour but I had as many as 3 skip days in between from time to time last month irrespective of which channel I've followed. But despite everything I see a huge progress. First, my bloated belly is toned and I can see the outline of the abs. My arms are so much stronger, up and down planks have become my favourite. My face slimmed down, I see my collarbone again. I'm just in awe. In terms of weight loss, my starting weight was 80kg, and now I'm 77 after a month. In the last week, I also combined intermittent fasting. I would wind up dinner by 6.30 and eat again by 9 in the morning. Now I'm on to the 2021 2-week shred challenge. I'm excited, hope I can see it though. Also, I use an app called Simple to keep track of my food intake, fasting time, water intake, minutes exercised etc. It was a game-changer

DAY 1 ✅: Started strong, completed the workout but not with 100% efficiency
DAY 2 ✅: Completed! My whole body is sore!! didn't do the 3rd workout!
DAY 3 ✅: Feeling powerful!! completed all 3 workouts with full efficiency
DAY 4 ✅: Felt kinda weak but completed all 3 Workouts!
DAY 5 ✅: Was supposed to be a rest day but I did 3 random workouts hehe!!

ok so background - i used to be in martial arts & a long distance runner until life trauma happened + knee injury 5 years ago so i stopped exercising completely.

June 2024 - 1.78m & 89kg
I have become COMPLETELY LAZY & best believe i gained ALOT of weight, I'm no longer strong anymore. So here's me using this to keep myself accountable & exercise for the first time in years. day 1: done, queen
day 2: did some yoga and stretching cause i got told that it would be better to give my muscles some time to relax

day 4: i did it!!!! feel sweaty but good. slay.

day 6: - (skipped day 5 and 6 cause i felt drained with study and literally didnt have any energy to do it)
day 7: i did it!!! and it somehow felt a bit easier??? and i didnt use low impact for the 1st and 2nd set!!! such a slay
day 8: i did it, im such a hero. however, today it felt a bit harder, like my muscles got heavier… i’ll rest tomorrow, and im going to walk a lot on day 10
day 9:
so guys i had a week (maybe even 2) of rest cause of my period, and today i did two videos, like in the challenge on her website (cause it was my initial plan, to do one video for some time and then to do the challenge), and let me tell you i felt that the first video wasnt that hard as it used to be??? even though i had a week or so of rest?? maybe it is connected to my cycle im not sure but still felt better
so yeah, thank you to everyone who supported me here, i’ll continue 💪
a couple of days ago i did another video, but didn’t do anything after (my leg muscles were hurt but the video was mostly about legs so i didnt like it much), and i used to see results from this programme back in 2020 so i decided to do this instead and i promise myself to do it.
i was sleepy in the middle of the day but i made myself do it and i am very proud of myself!

So finally started doing this workout routine
Day 1 ✅ : Started and did pretty much great. Didn't feel any pain initially but soon my muscles started hurting by evening.
Day 2 ✅ : had pain around my thighs, back and arm. Skipped the last exercise in set 3. Was too tired for it
Day 3 ✅ : did everything. Extremely tried.
Day 4 ✅ : did everything less tired compared to other days
Day 5 ✅ : did everything, took less breaks (decided not to take the rest day and continue)
Day 6 ✅ : completed everything
Day 7 ✅ : did everything ✨
Day 8 ✅ : done
Day 9 : got my periods so only did the abs workout, as doing the entire bodyy was a bit difficult.
Day 10 ✅ : did all, with minimum breaks.
Day 11 ✅ : did everything.
Day 12 ✅ : did everything. Felt great
Day 13 ✅ : did everything.
Day 14 ✅ : did everything.
My opinion on this :
Honestly speaking it's really great. I had lost a total of 3KG I was quite happy with it. i enjoyed doing this so much perhaps I'm gonna add it to my routine workout for even more better results in the future, to all those out there who wanna try this out; go ahead. It's totally worth it.
Heyy, I was wondering if u were following any diet and what other changes u made to ur life while doing this.. I have been following Chloe’s program for a week now and I honestly don’t feel any change in my body 😭.
@@susme2888 hiii, the only change I made was cutting down of sugar, I didn't do anything else honestly. I increased my water intake. I added more fruits to my diet. And yeah I stayed consistent with it. If you want to take a step further, u could probably do a calorie deficit diet. Which will give more of a significant results.

Love love love this! I did this for 12 days straight followed by another weight loss workout video and some intermittent fasting here and there. I'm on a journey to lose 10 lbs and I have lost 6 lbs already during the first 12 days. Gonna continue this routine till I reach my goal weight :D

doing the 2019 2-week shred for my trip on the 13th! no diet, just going to watch portions & try to drink lots of water. I usually do this when i wake up btw. (I started this yesterday but im documenting starting today)
day 1 : ✅ I didn’t do the warm up or cooldown, just this one and the 2 week abs!
day 2: ✅ done! it was a bit easier from yesterday but the 11 line abs video almost took me out.
day 3: ✅ RAHHH I FINISHED!! I wanted to quit so bad but then I remembered when I woke up my waist/love handle area looked slightly slimmer! I tried not to take many breaks because I wanted to get it over with but don’t be afraid to take a longer break, chloe is used to doing these high intensity workouts so don’t be hard on yourself!
day 4: ✅ done! tbh i did NOT want to do it today but what motivated me is that tomorrow is a rest day ! I didn’t expect to see any results because i had like 3-4 cookies before i went to sleep last night & also its only day 4 but thats okay because I’m improving on the exercises and I feel stronger! also instead of the core & arms workout I did her 10 min back workout because i wanted to focus more on that area.
day 5: Rest day ! I ate like really bad but idc cause I was craving that nutella bread.
day 6: ✅ done! I might have to cut the end of the challenge short because I have an unexpected trip next week before my other trip that I was originally doing this for, but I’m gonna try my best to complete it!
day 7: ❌ umm I ended up staying over my friends house and not being able to do it so I’m behind one day 😓

Day 1: Exhausted, literally collapsed after the first exercise. I wanted to quit because of how bad I was at working out, but I remembered that it's only bad now because I'm still in the beginning and it'llonly get better if I commit to it. Gonna be easier on myself and keep trying 👍 managed to complete the exercise 🎉

Day 1: Came down with Covid so I haven't been able to do my exercise rountine (Sorry everyone!) But thankfully, I have fully recovered and have started exercising again! I decided not to be too hard on myself so i gave myself decent breaks inbetween and just tried to have fun with it! It burned a lot but im glad i convinced myself to get back into this despite being sick! 🫶
