    This is an active warm-up, so you'll be doing some light exercises to get your body moving and ready for a full workout. There are no static stretches in this warm-up-just easy movements.
    Warming up before your workout every time you work out is so important for preventing injuries. Do this warm-up before you do my workout videos for good luck or whatever.

    Thanks Rachel good warm up .... I did it before the 30 min cardio which repeated the same exercises aaagh .... calf killer ☘️😘🙏🧘‍♂️👏❤️🌞👍

    Suffer bad chronic pain and get extreme fatigue this warmup really set me up for the day n for few mins took mind off pain xx

    In my opinion, I don't think this is a great warm up for beginners, but for more advanced, it's great!

      @@RachelGulottaFitness I know, but I think it would be best if the first move wasn't jumping. I like to do warm ups in the morning after getting out of bed so my body really isn't warm and the muscles are very stiff. It feels bad suddenly jumping. Anyways the video is good if I do it in another time of the day. My body is just different with others. Thanks for acknowledging my comment :)
